How to Make Fish Fry with Fresh Ingredients | Easy Recipe to Try at Home
Ingredients to blend
2-3 shallots
2 bird's eye chilies
5-7 loves of garlic
2-3 green chilies
1 inch ginger
1 inch fresh turmeric or turmeric powder
1/4 cup of water
2 tbsp of lemon juice
1/2 tsp white pepper
12 tsp black pepper
salt
Other ingredients
4-5 slices of fish
oil for frying
Method.
Coat the fish with the blended ingredients. Marinate at least for 30mins. Shallow fry till crispy. Garnish wih fried curry leaves.

Enjoy the spicy savory braised fish in tomato sauce with a bowl of hot steamed rice and fresh vegetables on the side
Ingredients:
Fish 800g, 2Tomato, Garlic 3 cloves, Shallot 3 cloves,
Green onion (for garnish)
*For fish marinate: Salt 1tsp, Oyster sauce 1tsp & black pepper
*For braise: Palm sugar 1tbsp, oil 1tbsp, fish sauce 3tbsp, ketchup 4tbsp,
salt 1tsp, pepper 1tsp, oyster sauce 1tsp, chili flake, dried chili & water 300ml

ត្រី ៨ខាំ (៨០០ក្រាម) ប៉េងប៉ោះ ២ផ្លែ, ខ្ទឹមស, ខ្ទឹមក្រហម, ដើមខ្ទឹម (សម្រាប់ដាក់រោយពីលើ)
** គ្រឿងប្រឡាក់ត្រី ៖ អំបិល ១ស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេ, ទឹកប្រេងខ្យង ១ស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេ និងម្រេច

Sweet and Sour Meat
Ingredients:
450g pork belly/chicken breast meat
(cut in cubes and marinate with 1/2 tbsp soy sauce,1/2 tsp salt,2 tsp cooking oil and a pitch of pepper powder for 30 minutes)
1/4 green bell pepper(cut in cubes)
1/4 red bell pepper(cut in cubes)
1/4 yellow bell pepper(cut in cubes)
1/4 onion(cut in pieces)
1/2 cucumber(cut in small pieces)
1 egg(beaten)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp corn starch+1/4 of water
Seasonings:
4 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp white vinegar
3 tsp sugar
1 bowl of water
Method:
1)Pour the beaten egg into the meat,stir to coat all the meat. Then stick the surface of meat with flour.
2)Heat up sufficient oil in the wok,deep fry the meat over medium-low flame for 3 minutes till light brown.
3)Heat up again the oil in the wok with high flame,put back the fried meat to deep fry again till golden brown for 1 minute. Take it out,drain with oil absorbing paper and set aside.
4)Heat up 2 tbsp of oil in the wok,stir fry the minced garlic and all the vegetables till fragrant.
5)Add the seasonings and bring to boil. Mix the corn starch with 1/4 of water and add to the wok to thicken the gravy.
6)Add the fried meat and stir well till evenly coated. Serve immediately.
