1.00 pk yeast (1 tb)
2.00 c warm water, seperated
5.50 c all purpose flour
1.50 ts salt
1.00 ts freshly ground pepper
3.00 tb olive oil
1 toppings
1 extra virgin olive oil
1.00 ts kosher or sea salt
2.00 ts chopped fresh thyme
1.00 herb infused oil

SPRINKLE YEAST OVER 1 c WARM WATER AND LET DISSOLVE ABOUT 10 MINUTES. MIX DRY INGREDIENTS USING FIVE c OF FLOUR TO START AND THEN ADD YEAST WATER AND LEFT OVER WATER AND OIL. ON LIGHTLY FLOURED SURFACE, KNEAD DOUGH UNTIL SMOOTH AND ELASTIC ADDING MORE FLOUR IF REQUIRED. PLACE IN LIGHTLY GREASED BOWL TURNING ONCE TO COAT TOP WITH OIL. LET RAISE DOUBLE IN BULK AND PUNCH DOWN. trANSFER TO LIGHTLY FLOURED AND KNEAD GENTLY FOR 1 MINUTE. LIGHTLY GREASE A 14 INCH PIZZA PAN AND ROLL DOUGH OUT TO FIT MAKE 1/2 INCH INDENTATION WITH FINGERTIPS AND LET RAISE 30 MINUTES. ADJUST LOWER RACK TO BOTTOM OF OVER AND LEAVE brOIL RACK IN OVER. PREHEAT TO 425* AND PLACE 1 c OF ICE CUBES IN A PAN ON TOP RACK. brUSH brEAD WITH 1 Tb OIL AND SPRINKLE ON SEA SALT. COOK 30 MIN. UNTIL brOWN AND TAPS HOLLOW. brUSH WITH 1 Tb OIL AND ADD THYME. ►1 tsp honey
►7 g instant yeast/ rapid rise yeast 1 packet or 2 1/4 tsp
►3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
►1 1/2 tsp salt
►1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil for the dough
►1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil for the pan
FOR THE TOPPING:
►2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

►1/2 tsp salt
►1 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary finely chopped from 2 sprigs

A golden and crispy crust, and a crumb as soft and fluffy as a cloud, this focaccia will drive your taste buds crazy and will leave your kitchen smelling like an authentic Italian bakery, an incredible result that's worth every second of your time!
INGREDIENTS
500 g strong flour (W300, 12 g protein)
12 g fresh yeast OR 4-6 g active dry yeast (better 4g during summer or if your kitchen is warm)
1 tsp honey (or malt or sugar)
380 - 400 g lukewarm water
2 tbsp EVOO for the dough
2 tsp of salt
additional EVOO for the baking tray and the top
some water for the top
coarse salt for the top
EVOO = Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preheat the oven to 275C - 530F, conventional mode, lowest rack.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Let the focaccia cool on a wire rack for at least 15 minutes.
INSTRUCTIONS IN CUPS PROVIDED BY A VIEWER
(I HAVEN'T TRIED THE RECIPE IN CUPS)
3-1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1-1/2 cup water, 110 degree F
1 tap sugar
1 package dry yeast (1-1/4 tsp)
1/4 cup olive oil
Put sugar and yeast in warm water, let sit til slightly frothy
Measure flour and salt
Add water yeast mix
Mix in olive oil
Mix and cover bowl, let rise an hour
Press onto tray, let rise again for 40 mins
Fold over a few times flatten on oiled baking tray , put finger holes across the dough . Top with kosher salt. Garlic. Rosemary then bake for 30 mins. It came out good! Thanks.

Olive oil gives this bread the crunchy exterior and yet keeps it soft from the inside giving it its classic taste and texture. Easy and simple yet so satisfying and tasty focaccia recipe that can be made at home without a lot of effort.
Ingredients
- Warm water - 1 and 1/3 cup
- Yeast - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
- Flour - 2 and 1/2 cup
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Thyme and Rosemary
- Olives (optional)
- Hot Peppers (optional)
- Olive Oil - 7-8 tbsp
Steps
- In warm water add yeast and sugar and mix well. let it sit until it foams up, takes roughly 10 minutes
- In a bowl add flour, salt, and yeast water and mix well until everything comes together
- Knead for 1-2 minutes
- Take out of a bowl on a dusted surface and knead for another 30 seconds
- Cover with olive oil and let it rest in a warm place for 1 hour until it doubles
- Line and baking tray with parchment paper
- Take out the risen dough in the baking tray and level out the dough
- Let it rest for another 30 minutes
- Poke with your fingers and create indents on the surface of the dough
- Drizzle with generous amounts of olive oil
- Sprinkle with herbs and flaky salt
- Add olives and hot peppers if you prefer
- Bake in a preheated oven @ 400 F for 35 minutes and then at 425 F for 3 minutes to give it color
