1 pk 8 oz soft cream cheese
1/4 c Margarine or butter, soft
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 T Snipped parsley
1 T Water
2 t White wine vinegar
1 t Worchestershire sauce
1 t Herbes de Provence, crushed
1/4 t Seasoning salt
Fresh thyme (optional) Assorted crackers 1. In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese, margarine or
butter, garlic, parsley, water, vinegar, Worchestershire sauce, Herbes de Provence, and seasoning salt. Cover and refrigerate over- night. 2. To serve, garnish with fresh thyme, if desired. Serve with

Ingredients:
Bread improver / sponge dough
instant yeast 2 tsp (7grams)
sugar 1 tbsp
warm milk 1 cup
mix all together and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
all purpose flour 250 grams (2 cups)
mix all purpose flour with the bloomed yeast mixture and let it rise for 35 minutes. until doubled in volume.
Second dough: or main dough
all purpose flour 250 grams (2 cups)
powder milk 2 tbsp
salt 1/4 tsp
sugar 137 grams (2/3 cup)
yolks 120 grams (7 large yolks)
butter 70 grams (softened)
homemade bread improver
Cream cheese filling:
cream cheese 200 grams
butter 100 grams
powder sugar 175 grams
salt 1/4 tsp
vanilla 1/2 tsp
milk or cream 2 tbsp
Toppings:
1 box cheedar cheese
Oven temperature: 150°c I'm using gas oven
baking time : 15 to 18 minutes
Note:
do not over bake to prevent the bread from drying
do not over proff to avoid sour taste bread.

Make Cream Cheese At home quick n easily..
Ingredients
1 liter milk
2 to 3 tbsp Lemon or vinegar
1 or 1/2 tsp salt as per tatse
In a saucepan, heat the milk on med-high. Stirring constantly until it starts to a rolling simmer.
Reduce the heat to medium. Add the lemon juice 1 tablespoon at a time, in 1-minute intervals.
Continue cooking until the mixture curdles. Stir constantly till the mixture has separated completely, this should take just a few minutes.
There will be a green liquid on the bottom and thick curdles on top. Remove from the heat.
Lay a sieve with cheesecloth over a large bowl. Pour the curd mixture into the sieve. Let it strain and cool for about 15 minutes.
Transfer curds to a food processor and process until curds have come together and are totally smooth and creamy. It will take around 3-4 minutes. Keep going if your cream cheese is grainy.
Add salt as per taste or add any herbs of your choice.

How to Make Cream Cheese (French Style)
Home made cream cheese is a staple in my cooking. One of my subscribers asked me to make a video showing of how to make cream cheese. It's a beautiful cheese and it's easy to do, plus it doesn't require a cave to mature. Give this recipe a try and tag me in a picture!
If you don't own a press, you can continue the hang time for an additional 8 hours. It will produce a cheese that is a little less firm than a pressed cheese.
From milk pour to pressing: 36 hours
Actual hands on time: 20 minutes
