D O U G H:
- 500 g all purpose flour
- 250 g ghee (you can use butter too)
- 120 ml water
- 100 g sugar
- 30 ml condensed milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

WELCOME TO YUMMY
TODAY'S RECIPE IS Jim Jam Cookies Recipe | Eggless & Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Butter 1/4 cup
Sugar 1/3 cup
Mix until fluffy
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Milk 3 tbsp
Mix well
Make smooth cookie dough
Place a stand heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 min place the tray
Cook it on medium low flame for 15-20 mins
Bake in a preheated oven at 170c
For 15-20 mins
Butter 2 tbsp
Powder sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
Mix well
Cold water 1 tsp
Mix until creamy consistency
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

Do you like figs? I am making fig cookies in a fig shape! It is a famous cookie recipe nowadays in Turkey. The form makes it even more appealing, along with the rich taste, and it's a great recipe for winter!
Ingredients for Dried Fig Filled Cookies:
For the filling:
250gr. dried figs (can be natural dried or in pressed disk shape or pure or ready cut in cubes. You can also use dates, raisin, dried apricots too)
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
2 cloves, 1 stick cinnamon
3/4 to 1 cup chopped walnuts
For The Dough:
120gr. butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 orange zest
2 tbsp yogurt
about 3+1/2 cup flour

Cookie Recipe ( Crispy melt away cookie BASE dough) :
- 750 gr soft room temp Butter ( 6 2/3 sticks )
- 300 gr Powdered Sugar ( 2 1/2 cups)
- 3 room temp X Large Egg Whites
- 900 gr All purpose Flour ( 6 cups + 1/2 cup)
- 3 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Salt

Divide the dough into 5 equal portions and with each dough make 5 different cookies:
■ Vanilla Butter Cookies:
Leave the first dough as is.
You'll need a piping bag and a tip of your choice.
■ Linzer Cookies:
to the second cookie dough, add:
- 60 gr Almond Flour (1/2 cup)
- 40 gr All Purpose Flour ( 4 tbsp)
- 1/2 tsp Almond Extract
- Jam of your choice
■ Gingerbread *Style* Cookies:
to the third cookie dough, add:
- 2 3/4 tsp Ginger
- 3 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 or 3 tsp Cocoa Powder
- 40 gr Flour ( 4 tbsp)
For stronger gingerbread flavor add more ginger.
■ Sugar Cookies:
to the fourth cookie dough, add:
- 50 gr All Purpose Flour ( 5 tbsp)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
■ Chocolate Sugar Cookies:
to the fifth cookie dough, add:
- 60 gr Sweetened Cocoa Powder ( 7 1/2 tbsp) ( Bloom the cocoa with 5 tbsp hot Milk) If you're using UNsweetened cocoa powder you may have to add 1 tbsp more icing sugar.
- 20 gr All Purpose Flour ( 2 tbsp)
- Melted good quality chocolate to fill the cookies

Raspberry Kolacky Recipe || Only 5 Ingredients!

Raspberry-filled kolacky
Makes approx. 30 cookies
Ingredients:
3 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
1/2 cup (1 stick) of butter, room temp.
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup raspberry pastry filling- recommend the Solo brand cake and pastry filling (can substitute with other flavor fruit jams or fillings)
Powdered sugar for sprinkling
1. Mix together cream cheese and butter until smooth.
2. Gradually mix in flour, and form dough into a ball.
3. Chill dough for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
4. Roll out dough to 1/8 thickness, and cut out 2x2 squares.
5. Spread approx. 1/2 tsp raspberry filling into middle of pastry square, and fold the opposite corners over each other. Pinch and/or use a drop of water to seal.
6. Bake cookies in a preheated 350F (180C) oven for 10-15 minutes.
7. Allow to cool before dusting with powdered sugar.
8. Enjoy and treat yourself!

Raisin Filled Cookies -- German/PA Dutch Family Recipe
Mike's Mom and I make my great aunt's wonderful, soft, doughy PA Dutch/German raisin filled cookies, although you can use cherry or blueberry or other fruit fillings as you please! A wonderful treat!
RAISIN FILLED COOKIES
INGREDIENTS
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter, softened
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
5 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg or cinnamon (I used cinnamon)
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons buttermilk
FILLING:
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 cups boiling water
1-1/2 cup seedless raisins
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, cream sugars and butter. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg; add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk. Cover and refrigerate until easy to handle.
For filling, in a saucepan, combine the cornstarch, flour and brown sugar. Stir in water until smooth. Add raisins. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir and cook for 3 minutes or until thickened. Cool.
On a floured surface, roll out dough into 1/8-in. thickness. Cut with floured 3-in.-round cookie cutters. Spoon 2 teaspoons filling on top of half the circles and top each with another circle. Pinch edges together and cut slit in top.
Place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets.(I use parchment paper instead.) Bake at 350° for 10-13 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool. Yield: about 3-1/2 dozen.
