TODAY'S RECIPE IS Jim Jam Cookies Recipe | Eggless & Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Butter 1/4 cup
Sugar 1/3 cup
Mix until fluffy
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Milk 3 tbsp
Mix well
Make smooth cookie dough
Place a stand heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 min place the tray
Cook it on medium low flame for 15-20 mins
Bake in a preheated oven at 170c
For 15-20 mins
Butter 2 tbsp
Powder sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
Mix well
Cold water 1 tsp
Mix until creamy consistency
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

Ingredients:
1 stick of softened butter or 133 grams
1 cup of white granulated sugar
1 egg
3 to 4 drops of vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp or 1 pinch of salt
170 grams of fresh raspberries with 1 tbsp of flour folded in
Method:
Heat your oven to 350 degrees F or 180 C.
Add the butter and sugar to a mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat until well combined and creamy.
Add in the egg and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
Add the berries to the cookie dough mixture. Using a spatula, gently fold them in.
Scoop a large scoop of mixture in the palm of you hand and roll it into a ball.
Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Place in the oven and bake them for about 19 or 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and set them aside on a wire rack to cool.
Serve and enjoy your delicious raspberry cookies.

Ingredients:
1 cup (230g) Butter, softened
2/3 cup (85g) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 Egg yolk
2¼ cups (280g) Flour
Jam of your choice
Directions:
1. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside. Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F).
2. In a large bowl cream butter and powder sugar until smooth and creamy. Add egg yolk, vanilla extract and mix until combined. Add flour, salt and stir until incorporated and dough is formed.
3. Using a one-tablespoon cookie scoop or measuring tablespoon take 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into balls.
4. Then place the balls on prepared baking sheets. Slightly flatten the balls and then make an indentation with your thumb or with a back of a spoon into each ball. At this stage, if dough is too soft, refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then, fill each with cookie the jam.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, the cookies should still be pale, but slightly golden at the bottom.
6. Dust with powdered sugar (optional) and allow to cool on a wire rack.

Originated in Eastern Europe, these butter cookies are made with a pastry-like cream cheese dough and filled with jam.
Ingredients:
cream cheese - 3 ounces, softened
butter - 90g, softened
powdered sugar - 30g
flour - 150g
jam - 160g, chilled
Preparation:
1. In a mixing bowl combine the butter and cream cheese; beat until fluffy. Add in confectioners sugar and vanilla, beat until combined.
2. Add flour and beat until combined. Shape the dough into a disk and a wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
3. Dust a work surface with powdered sugar. Roll the dough to 1/4 inch thickness.
4. Cut the dough into 2 1/2 inch squares. Spread about 1 tsp of filling to the middle of each square. Dab a bit of water on one of the corners without filling and seal it in the center with the other corner. Place on prepared pan.
5. Bake at 350 F for 14-18 minutes, until golden brown. Transfer cookies to the cooling racks to cool completely.
6. Dust cooled cookies with powdered sugar before serving. If you will not be serving right away, wait to dust until right before serving.
