Preparation: 1. Preheat oven at 400F. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and parsley. Set aside. 3. Cut each biscuit dough round into 8 even pie pieces and place pieces into bowl with butter and herb mixture. Add 1 cup Chihuahua® cheese into the bowl and mix thoroughly to ensure that the biscuit dough pieces are well coated with the cheese. 4. Place 3 pieces of the biscuit dough on the bottom of each portion of a non-stick muffin pan. Using 1 ½ cups of Chihuahua® cheese, add about 2 Tbsp. of cheese on top. Place 2-3 more pieces of biscuit dough on top of the cheese. Do this to fill in 12 portions in the muffin pan. 5. Using the remaining cheese (1/4 cup), add about 1 tsp. on top of each biscuit. 6. Bake for 10 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
