This is a taste test/review of three varieties of cookies from Trader Joe’s. Flavors include Soft Baked Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Georgia Pecan Butterscotch Chip, and Benne Wafer. They were mailed to us from Sarah in California!

2 Bananas and 1cup of oats. Only 3-ingredient snack ready in 3 minutes
Today, I will be sharing with you how to make banana cookies. It's one of my children's favorite snacks. The recipe for these cookies is very simple, without using baking powder, baking soda, sugar, oil & flour, The COOKIES are very healthy and delicious!
1cup=250ml 1/4cup=60ml
Two ripe bananas
The weight of the peeled banana is about 170 grams
Put the bananas in a large bowl and mash them with a fork
Add in 1 cup of quick oats
1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
Add dried and chopped cranberries
Mix well
Prepare a large baking pan and line it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat
Dig a tbsp and put it on the baking tray
This recipe can make 12 small biscuits
Use the back of a spoon to gently press to form a small round shape with a diameter of about 6 cm
Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 175 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes
The taste of this biscuit is slightly chewy on the outside and very soft on the inside
This is a very healthy and simple recipe
My kids absolutely love this cookie!

How to make Orange Blossom Honey Shortbread
These shortbread biscuits are light and summery and made with butter and honey, a perfect treat to go with an afternoon tea, or to keep in the cookie jar.

Ingredients:
Makes approx 20 biscuits
· 250g butter
· 175g Rowse orange blossom honey, plus extra for drizzling
· 2 tbsp caster sugar
· 300g plain flour, plus more to dust
· 125g cornflour or rice flour
Method:
Beat together the butter and honey until mixed together. Sift the flour and cornflour together into a separate bowl to combine, then add a 1/4 of it to the butter and slowly mix in using a spoon, add the rest of the flour a bit at a time until it forms a ball of dough. You don’t need to over beat this. Once it’s come together, bring it into a ball with your hands and wrap in cling film, leave in the fridge to chill for ½ hour.
Preheat the oven to 170ºC/fan 160ºC/340ºF/gas mark 31/2.
Once chilled, lightly flour a work surface and rolling pin. Roll out the dough until 1 cm thick. Using a biscuit cutter, whatever shape you like, cut out the biscuits and place onto a baking tray. Roll up pastry and repeat until you have used it all up.
Pop trays into the oven for 15 -20 minutes or until a very light golden color on the bottom and top of the biscuit.
Sprinkle with extra caster while hot, then transfer to a wire rack to cool down. I like to eat these with an extra drizzle of honey on top!

Semplici biscotti da mangiare in qualsiasi occasione
Ingredienti biscotti utilizzando la stessa ricetta della ciambella:
500 gr farina tipo 00
150 gr burro
250 gr zucchero
1 dose per dolci
3 uova intere
Ingredienti per il ripieno dei biscotti a forma di topolini:
15 gr noci pecan
30 gr nocciole
35 gr noci
15 gr mandorle
30 gr marmellata arance amare
il peso della frutta secca è senza guscio
Cottura:
180°C per 30 minuti secondo il proprio forno
Il tempo di cottura delle ricette varierà a seconda del proprio forno per cui consiglio ogni tanto di verificare l'andamento della cottura
