How To make Grilled Peaches and Berries
Large ripe peaches Blueberries Brown sugar Lemon Juice Wash, peel and halve the peaches, removing pit. Place each half on a double thickness of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Fill peach halves generously with fresh or frozn blueberries. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons brown sugar and 1 teaspoon lemon juice on each. Wrap securely. Cook on grill 18-20 minutes turning once. Serve right out of the foil. Can also be baked in the oven and served in stemmed glasses to dress up a meal. Bake in foil or glass dish for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until peaches are done. Allow 1/2 peach per serving.

Hey Everybody! Before summer ends I wanted to come thru with another grill for you guys! The great thing about grilling is you can put anything and everything on the grill including desserts! If you love peach cobbler I think you will really LOVE this recipe! ????

Grilled Peaches
Ingredients:
Ripe Peaches
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 stick butter (room temp)
vegetable oil
How To:
In a small bowl cream together butter, sugar and cinnamon. Wash peaches. Cut peach down the middle into halves. Remove the pit or seed. Take a spoon and scrape out any leftover seed left behind. Brush the top of the peaches with vegetable oil. Heat the grill on medium-high heat. Brush the grill with vegetable oil as well to keep from sticking. Place peaches on grill cut side down. Don't move and allow to grill for 2-3 minutues. Rotate a little and grill for another 2-3 minutes until peaches feel a little soft. Remove from the grill and brush butter mixture while peaches are still hot. Add ice cream, chopped walnuts, caramel etc. (optional) EAT AND ENJOY!

Grilled Peach Melba Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 4 medium peaches, halved and pit removed
- ½ cup mascarpone cheese
- 2 tsp. honey
- ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ cup raspberries
- ½ tsp. stevia
- 1 Tbsp. water
Directions:
1. Heat grill or oven to 400°F.
2. Place peaches on the grill for 4-5 minutes per side or for 15 minutes in the oven, until soft.
3. Meanwhile, place raspberries, stevia and water in a pot set to high heat. 4. Cook until raspberries soften and turn into a sauce.
5. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, honey and vanilla extract.
6. When peaches are finished, top with 1 tablespoon mascarpone cheese mixture and raspberry sauce.
