How To make Grilled Shrimp with Lemon & Chive Pasta
6 oz SEAFOOD MARINADE
2 tb White wine
12 lg Shrimp -- peeled and
-cleaned 1 lg Red pepper, seeded
-& cut in 1/2 1 lg Sweet Italian pepper
-seeded & cut in 1/2 1 md Sweet or Vidalia onion
-peeled & 1/4ed 7 oz FETA CHEESE, crumbled
4 oz BLACK OLIVES, pitted &
-cut in 1/2 16 oz LEMON & CHIVE PASTA,
-cooked al dente 1 tb Lemon juice
Toss MARINADE, white wine, cut peppers and onion with shrimps and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Preheat grill or broiler and cook peppers and onions until done (about 15 minutes). Grill shrimps 2 minutes on each side, brushing with MARINADE. Cut grilled peppers &
onions in strips and grilled shrimps in quarters. Toss shrimps, peppers and onion with FETA CHEESE, BLACK OLIVES, LEMON & CHIVE PASTA and lemon juice, adding some of the MARINADE. Serve warm or at room temperature.

How to make Creamy Garlic Sauce with recipe and instructions. Creamy Garlic Sauce is something I've been making for a long time, with every time making it, I experiment with new flavours. I have come up with this recipe and believe it is one of the best. This is a must-try recipe. This sauce is perfect over Steak, Chicken, Fish, Vegetables, Pie's and used as a pasta sauce. This recipe is extremely versatile. Enjoy!
Serves - 4
Ingredients -
1 Tbsp (14ml) - Olive Oil
2 Tbsp (28g) - Clarified Unsalted Butter
1 - Small to Medium Sized Brown Onion, Finely Diced
3 Large Cloves - Garlic, Thinly Sliced (6 - 7 Cloves if you like it very strong)
2 Tbs (4g) - Flat Leaf Parsley, Chopped
2 tsp (3g) - Thyme, Chopped
2 Tbs - White Wine (Use a cheap White Wine, I used Sauvignon Blanc) It can be substituted for Vegetable Stock or Chicken Stock.
400ml - Full Fat Cream (Thickened Cream)
Salt & Pepper To Taste

Cream Sauce Pasta with Grilled Shrimp
Ingredients:
1 lb pasta
12 large shrimps
1 cup whole milk
1/4 cup pecornio romano cheese
1/4 cup marinaded artichoke hearts along with 1 tbsp of its juice
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1 medium clove garlic
1 tsp of thyme
salt (personal preference)
ground white pepper (personal preference)

While everything turned out DELICIOUS in this summer pasta salad, definitely do not hesitate to make your own substitutions to the assortment of grilled vegetables that were used today!
For The Grill:
-1 pound wild shrimp
-3 ears corn
-1 yellow squash
-1 green bell pepper
-1/2 pound grape tomatoes
Dressing:
-2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
-3 garlic cloves
-1/6 cup lemon juice
-1/6 cup white wine vinegar
-1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
-salt and pepper to taste
Pasta:
-1 pound orzo pasta
Garnishes:
-1 large handful fresh basil
-8 peppadew peppers
Grilled Scallops and Lemon Chive Butter
Fresh from the sea and flavored with loads of lemon, these sea scallops taste like something you would order from a restaurant menu but they could not be easier to make at home.
Skewered and placed on the grill to achieve the perfect char, all you have to do is whip up a four-ingredient Lemon Chive Butter to add a touch of zesty flare and flavor.
The result is a gourmet dish that’s easy to make on a busy weeknight, yet elegant enough for a celebration!
Grilled Scallops with Lemon Chive Butter
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 stick Heinen's unsalted butter, softened
3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh chives, sliced
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 ½ lbs. fresh sea scallops, foot removed
3 Tbsp. Heinen's olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the grill between 450°F and 550°F.
2. In a bowl, mix together the butter, parsley, chives, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper until completely combined. Keep cool in the refrigerator until ready to use.
3. Pat the scallops dry on all sides with paper towels and skewer 6-8 scallops with a wooden or metal skewer on the right side of the scallops. Next, skewer the left side of the scallops so they are easy to flip and move on the grill.
4. Drizzle the olive oil on both sides of the scallops and season with salt and pepper.
5. Place the scallops onto the hot grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they have reached medium to medium-well internally and show dark grill marks externally. Remove from the grill.
6. Serve the scallops with the lemon chive butter.
