How To make Ground Chicken and Rice Casserole
1 lb ground chicken breast, skinless
cooked
1 egg white :
whipped
1/2 c mashed potatoes
1/2 c long-grain rice uncooked
1/4 c evaporated skim milk
1/2 c onions :
chopped
1/2 c bell peppers
2 tsps salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 c ketchup
1 tbsp honey
Preheat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, egg white, mashed potatoes, rice, evaporated skim milk, onions, bell peppers, salt, black pepper, and poultry seasoning. Spread evenly into a 8" casserole dish. Bake, covered, for 1 hour. Meanwhile in another mixing bowl, combine ketchup and honey. Remove cover and spread onto baked chicken mixture. Bake 30 minutes more or until rice is done.

Chicken and broccoli casserole is a simple, yet delicious, dish. It makes a great midweek meal as you can whip it up the night before, put it in the fridge, and into the oven when you get home. Believe me, the entire family will love it. Served up with some dinner rolls or garlic bread, it is out of this world.
Of course, you can alter some of the ingredients. For example, if you are fan of garlic, go ahead and add some. The same applies to any spices.

Jason's grandma Wanda holds a special place in my heart and her Chicken Delicious recipe is something I traditionally make in the week after Thanksgiving. Why? I dont know but I do ???? Its a beautiful chicken casserole recipe that screams comfort food. Ingredient list below. Please watch the video to see how to mix them appropriately.

Ingredients:
1 (10.5oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10.5oz) can cream of celery soup
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 - 3 chicken breasts, cooked
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup frozen peas
salt & pepper to taste
1 (10oz) bag herb stuffing mix
1 3/4 cups chicken broth
1 stick butter
2 chicken bouillon cubes

Superior Chicken & Rice ????
2 cups basmati rice
3 cups stock or water (add more salt if water)
4 chicken thighs
1 Tbsp olive oil
Seasonings:
1 tsp chili powder, paprika, garlic, onion
1/2 tsp rosemary, thyme, oregano
Salt to taste
Cook the chicken thighs 1/2 way through, remove them and add the rice. Add your stock or liquid and re add the chicken. Adjust for salt at this time!
Bring everything to a boil, cover and
cook for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through!
Finishing touches:
Chop everything as fine as you want!
Cherry tomatoes

Kalamata olives
Sun dried tomatoes
Jalapeño
Mint

Chicken and Rice Crockpot Recipe: Grease Crockpot
Add 2 bags of Korr creamy chicken rice
1 can of cream of Chicken soup
fill can up with Chicken broth twice and pour in
1/2 of a sliced onion if you want
Add Chicken breast
Season chicken with:
Paprika
Garlic powder
onion powder
Salt and Pepper
Cook on high for about 4 hours or on low for 6

chicken legs - 12 pieces
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper - 3 g (0.11 oz)
sweet paprika - 3 g (0.11 oz)
granulated garlic - 3 g (0.11 oz)
onion - 3 pieces
bell pepper - 3 pieces
rice - 300 g (10.6 oz)
chicken broth - 300 ml (10.14 fl oz)
sweet cooking cream - 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F) / 40 minutes
for the salad:
tomatoes - 3 pieces
red onion - 1 piece
parsley - 30 g (1 oz)
Kalamata olives - 100 g (3.5 oz)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper - 3 g (0.11 oz)

►1 - 1¼ lb ground chicken (I used ground chicken thighs)
►1 cup cooked white rice, cooled to room temp or colder
►1 large egg
►1 small onion, grated
►1 garlic clove, pressed
►½ tsp salt (I used sea salt)
►¼ tsp pepper
►½ cup flour for dredging
►2 Tbsp oil (I used extra LIGHT olive oil)
Ingredients For the Sauce:
►2 Tbsp butter
►2 Tbsp flour
►2 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
►¼ cup sour cream (or greek yogurt)
►½ to 1 tsp paprika (more if you like a little spice in your life)
