Slow Cooker Cheeseburger Soup
SLOW COOKER CHEESEBURGER SOUP
Look away if you are dieting! So sorry! :) This recipe is something you would see on the menu at a diner or at a pub. Great flavor and consistency. I use only 3 cups of chicken broth in this recipe, the rest of the liquid for the soup is Velveeta cheese and cream cheese, which is what also thickens this recipe. No need for flour or cornstarch in this recipe. Enjoy!
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
2 russet potatoes, diced
2 carrots, peeled and diced
3 celery stalks, peeled and diced
1 white onion, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 cups chicken broth
1 lb. Velveeta cheese (add towards the end of the cooking time)
8 oz. cream cheese (add towards the end of the cooking time)
SLOW COOKER SIZE:
6-quart or larger
INSTRUCTIONS:
(note before starting this recipe, the total slow cooking time is 8 hours, the Velveeta and cream cheese are added at the 7th hour and cooked for 1 more hour)
Add the cooked beef, potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, salt, pepper, basil, garlic powder and chicken broth. DO NOT add Velveeta and cream cheese yet.
Cover and cook and LOW for 7 hours without opening the lid during the cooking time.
Cut the Velveeta and cream cheese into cubes, add to the soup in the slow cooker. Stir to get the cubes into the soup (they won't melt straight away).
Cover and cook for one more hour on low.
Stir until the cheeses are blended into the soup. Serve and enjoy!

Split Peas Beef & cowfoot Soup in crock pot| guyanese style| full recipe
ingredients:
2 lbs chuck roast beef
3 lbs cowfoot/cowheel
1 cup split peas
1 lb sweet potatoes
1 lb eddos
1lb cassava
1 lb plantains
1 large carrot diced
1 medium onion diced
1 cup bell peppers
1 cup diced celery
1/4 cup minced garlic
1/2 cup Chopped scallions
1 /2 cup Chopped parsley
1 stalk Rosemary
few stalks thyme
2 tbsp chicken bouillon
2 tbsp mushroom seasoning
1 pack sazon or 1 tsp
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp black pepper
1.7 liters water
dumplings
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
water
mix all ingredients to form a soft dough.

Crock Pot Cheeseburger Soup | A Recipe the Whole Family Will Love
This crockpot cheeseburger soup is a new family favorite! So simple and easy to make.
1-1.5 pounds ground beef
1.5 teaspoons minced garlic
6 cups chicken broth
1 cup chopped carrots
1 teaspoon basil
1.5 cups milk
16 oz cubed Velveeta cheese
1.5-2 cups uncooked macaroni noodles
Brown ground beef in skillet. Add garlic into skillet towards end of the beef cooking.
Place meat/garlic mixture into crockpot. Pour chicken broth, carrots, and basil over meat mixture.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Half hour before serving, add in macaroni, milk, and
Velveeta cheese. After 30 mins, test noodles to make sure cooked to your liking.
(Noodles may need a little longer then 30 mins all depending on your liking
and temperature of your crockpot). Serve and enjoy!!!!
