Grilled Garlic Shrimp Skewers or Grilled Garlic and Herb Shrimp skewers is one of the easiest and healthy appetizers. The crushed garlic and all the fresh herbs like parsley , corianders are nicely coated on white shrimps. In this video you can see how easy it is to make grilled garlic and herb shrimp on the stovetop with just a grill pan.
grilled garlic and herb shrimp Ingredients:
Shrimp – 30 nos
Olive Oil – 2.5 tbsps
Crushed Garlic – 1.5 tbsp
Kashmiri Chilli powder – 2 tsps
Black Pepper Powder -1.5 tsp
Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Parsley chopped – 2 tbsps
Coriander leaves chopped – 2tbsps
Wooden Skewers – 5-6
Oil for grilling the shrimp
Oil spray

Garlic Herb Grilled Shrimp Skewers
Light, fresh and healthy!!! you're going to love these!!
Ingredients
1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
3 tbsp avocado oil
1 lemon, juice of
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped or sub with dry dill
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped or sub with dry parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
Add your raw shrimp to a medium-size bowl. Add in the avocado oil, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, parsley, dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Toss and coat the shrimp. Cover and let marinate for 15 minutes to 1 hour. Do not marinate longer as the lemon juice will start cooking the shrimp.
Grab the skewers and thread the shrimp onto them. I like to do 3-4 shrimps a skewer
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Place skewers on the grill and cooks for 3 minutes per side or until shrimp are pink.
Serve the skewers with fresh herbs and a lemon wedge. Enjoy

Nothing is better than shrimp with a bit of char from the charcoal grill. These pair PERFECTLY with some steak for an amazing surf & turf!
Ingredients for 6 servings:
*Note: I just guessed at these amounts because it’s that kind of a recipe.
2 pounds 16/20 peeled and deveined shrimp
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp lemon zest
3 or 4 cloves of garlic, sliced thin
1/2 cup of fresh picked and chopped herbs
I used basil, Italian parsley, oregano, and thyme (everything works, but be careful with rosemary, as it can be over-powering on fish)
About 4 to 6 tbsps of olive oil, or as needed
- Use 2/3 for the marinade, and save the other 1/3 for the sauce
For the sauce:
Reserved garlic herb marinade
Red chili flakes and cayenne to taste
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
season to taste

Grilled Garlic and Herb Shrimp
Ingredients
•
2 teaspoons ground paprika
• 2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
• 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning blend
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoons dried basil leaves
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar,
• 1 kg large shrimp peeled
Directions
Whisk the paprika, garlic, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, olive oil, pepper, basil, and brown sugar together in a bowl until thoroughly blended. Stir in the shrimp, and toss to evenly coat with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, turning once.
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat. Lightly oil grill grate, and place about 4 inches from heat source
Remove shrimp from marinade, drain excess, and discard marinade.
Place shrimp on preheated grill and cook, turning once, until opaque in the center, 5 to 6 minutes. Serve immediately.
