Chocolate Salami Recipe | How to Make Chocolate Salami Dessert
Chocolate salami - another easy and delicious dessert for Christmas (or any other occasion). This beautiful and original no-bake dessert is popular in many countries, apically in Italy (salame al cioccolato). It is look like sausage but behind this sausage hiding very tasty dessert.

RECIPE:
MAKES 2 sausages
ingredients:
7oz (200g) cookies/biscuits/biscotti
9oz (250g) dark chocolate
6 tablespoons (90g) butter, unsalted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
3.5oz (100g) pistachios, toasted
2-3 tablespoons liquor/coffee *optional
Pinch salt
Powdered sugar for coating
Directions:
1. Crush the biscuits
2. Melt chocolate and butter over double boiler, until completely smooth. Remove from heat and add alcohol or coffee (optional), milk, vanilla extract, crushed cookies, pistachios, salt and mix until combined.
3. Spread half the mixture onto plastic wrap and shape it into a log. Roll the plastic wrap and twist the ends to seal. Roll back and forth few times to make the log evenly round. Repeat with remaining mixture.
4. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until firm.
5. Remove the plastic wrap, dust with powdered sugar from all sides (or roll in powdered sugar). Brush off excess sugar.
6. To give it an authentic salami look Wrap it up in kitchen twine.
Notes:
• Instead of pistachios you can use almond/ pecans/hazelnut or any other nuts that you like.
• Keep refrigerated.
• For extra flavor you can add any liquor that you like or brewed coffee. But it is optional.
• If you are not using coffee or liquor, use the same amount of milk instead.

Hi Semua, mood raya dah ada ke belum? Walaupun tahun ni cara kita sambut raya tak sama mcm raya2 yang sebelumnya, tak salah kalau kita terus cuba untuk memeriahkan suasana Raya. Jadi, jom tengok macam mana Che Nom sediakan biskut yang tak asing lagi, iaitu biskut Almond London. Bahan utama ialah kekacang almond yang dibakar, dan disalut dengan adunan doh biskut yang lemak, gebu dan rangup… dicelup dalam cairan coklat dan kemudian ditabur dgn hiasan badam cincang.
Anggaran hasil : 125 biji biskut
Bakar pada 170 °C selama 10-15 minit, API ATAS BAWAH
Coklat masakan : Che Nom guna Beryl's (dark or milk compound.. Dua-dua boleh)
**bakar almond pada suhu 150°C, selama anggaran 10 min. Badam cincang/almond nibs masak lebih cepat dari biji badam/whole almond

100g badam cincang
250g mentega
94g /¾ cawan icing sugar
2 biji kuning telur
250g /2 cawan tepung gandum
200g /⅘ cawan tepung jagung (ATAU 3/4 cawan + 1 sudu besar tepung jagung)
2 sudu besar tepung beras
50g / 1⅓ serbuk kepingan jagung atau boleh ganti serbuk badam
2 sudu besar susu tepung
500g coklat masakan (milk atau dark chocolate compound)
1-2 sudu besar shortening

100g almonds nibs
250g butter
94g / ¾ cup icing sugar
2 egg yolks
250g / 2 cups plain flour
200g / ⅘ cup corn flour (OR ¾ cup + 1 tbsp. corn flour)
2 tbsp rice flour
50g / 1⅓ cornflakes powder (or may replace with almond powder)
2 tbsp milk powder
500g cooking chocolate (milk or dark chocolate compound)
1-2 tbsp of shortening
Bake at 170 ° C for 10-15 minutes, Top and Bottom heat setting

Method
Herman Canadian Fruit Cake (small)
Ingredients:
3 cups selfraising flour
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 cup cooking oil
1 pinch salt
1tspn baking powder
1tspn cinnamon powder
1tspn soda
1 cup carrots
1 cup banana
1 cup fruits
1 cup milk
1tspn vanilla essence
METHOD
Grate carrots, mash bananas and set aside. On another bowl sift 2 cups of flour, soda, bpowder, cinnamon and salt together add 1/2 cup of suga and set aside
In another bowl make a base by putting 1 cup flour 1/2 cup sugar and a cup of milk then mix till combined
Add your dry ingredients in your base add carrots bananas fruits cooking oil eggs vaniller mix until everything is combined
Bake for 1 hr oven 180degrees
