How to make Strawberry Icebox Cake. This No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Icebox Cake is the perfect easy no-bake dessert with a cheesecake pudding, whipped cream, graham crackers, and fresh strawberries. The best part about this no bake dessert recipe is that you can make it ahead and store it in the fridge! A delicious and crowd-pleasing favorite and always amazing for potlucks, parties and barbecues!

*3-1/2 cups freshly whipped cream divided (or can use 3-1/2 cups of your favorite whipped topping like Cool Whip)
*1 3.4-ounce package cheesecake pudding can also use vanilla pudding or beat in one 8 ounce package of softened cream cheese minus the milk
*2 cups cold milk to make the pudding - omit if using cream cheese option
*12 graham crackers
*2-1/2 cups mixture of fresh sliced strawberries divided leaving the prettiest slices for the top
Optional Toppings:
crushed graham cracker crumbs
chopped nuts
drizzle of chocolate
powdered sugar for dusting
To make freshly whipped cream: With a hand mixer or in the bowl of a stand mixer, whip 2 cups of heavy cream until it just holds soft peaks. Add 1/3 cup of powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and whip to combine until stiff peaks hold. Do not overmix. Set aside 1/2 cup whipped cream for topping.
In a separate large bowl, make the pudding according to package directions using the 2 cups of cold milk. Allow 5 minutes to thicken. Once thickened, fold in the 3 cups of whipped cream.
Assemble the cake: Spread a thin layer of the cream mixture in a 8 x 8 pan to coat the bottom.
Place 3 graham crackers across the center of pan and then break up 1 or 2 more crackers as needed to fill in the gaps. Spread half of the cream mixture on top. Place a single layer of sliced strawberries.
Top with another layer of graham crackers, breaking them as needed to make them fit. Spread the remaining cream mixture over top. Add another layer of strawberries.
Top with the final layer of graham crackers. Spread the reserved 1/2 cup freshly whipped cream (or Cool Whip) over evenly.
Place the last layer of the prettiest berries reserved for the top. Sprinkle on graham cracker crumbs on top.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until the graham crackers have softened completely. Serve chilled and dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Strawberry Angel Food Dessert
STRAWBERRY ANGEL FOOD DESSERT
This recipe is a cubed up angel food cake with a mixture of strawberries, jello and freshly whipped cream. SOO good!
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
16 oz. angel food cake mix, prepared (or 1 store bought, already made angel food cake)
3 cups strawberries, stems removed and sliced
1 cup sugar
6 oz. strawberry jello (2 small boxes)
2 cups hot water
16 oz. heavy whipping cream
additional strawberries for garnish if desired.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Bake and cool angel food cake or buy a prepared one. This mix can be done in a 9 x 13 pan if you do not have a tube pan, just be sure NOT to grease the pan with whichever pan you use.
Let the cake cool for at least and hour and a half. Cut into 1 inch cubes.
In a large bowl add the sliced strawberries, sugar, strawberry jello and hot water. Stir until jello is dissolved. Let this cool in the fridge until syrupy or not longer warm, mine took about 40 minutes.
In another large bowl add the whipping cream. Using a hand mixer, beat on high speed until stiff peaks form.
Add the whipped cream into the jello mixture and gently fold it in. Keep mixing very gently until a uniform color forms.
In a 9 x 13 pan add half of the cubed angel food cake. Then pour and spread over half of the jello mixture. Then add the remaining angel food cake and the remaining jello mixture.
Chill for at least 3 hours or overnight. Cut into squares and serve!
Notes
You can dice the strawberries if desired or leave them completely out if they aren’t in season at your grocery store, the strawberry jello will be plenty of strawberry flavor.

Angel Food Cake / 2 Ingredient
Use approximately 13 by 11 pan
1 boxed Angel Food cake mix
2 21 oz canned apple pie filling or filling of your choice
Mix ingredients and place into greased baking dish. Place in 350 degree oven for 38-45 minutes and bake until golden brown.

Icebox Cake
Ingredients:
Heavy Cream 250gm
Instant pudding powder 4tbps
Mix well
Cold milk 1/2 cup
Mix well
Whipped cream 2 cup
Add Mixed mixture into whipped cream
Mix well
Transfer it into a piping bag
Cover the bottom with sugar Biscuits
Spread Whipped cream on top of the biscuits
Apple, Red grapes, black grapes, banana, peach
(you can also use seasonal fruits)
Spread 1/3 of the fruits on the cream
Repeat the layering process
Garnish the Cake!
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
