How To make Impossible Ratatouille Pie
1 c Zucchini; chopped
1 c Eggplant; chopped pared
1/2 c Tomato
1/2 c Green pepper; chopped
1/4 c Onion; chopped
1 c Garlic; crushed
1/4 c Margarine ;or butter
3/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Thyme; leaves
1/8 ts Pepper
1 c Monterey jack cheese; shred
1 1/4 c Milk
1/4 c Sour cream
3/4 c Bisquick
3 Egg
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease pie plate. Cook zucchini, eggplant, tomato, green pepper, onion and garlic in margarine until veg- etables are crisp-tender, 5-10 minutes. Stir in seasonings. Spread in pie plate; >> sprinkle with cheese. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bak until knife inserted comes out clean, 30-35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings. ~--

How To Make Crustless Greek Zucchini Pie | Batzina From Thessalia | Ken Panagopoulos
Here's a very easy and delicious recipe on how to make crustless Greek zucchini pie aka batzina from the region of Thessalia. Try it today, love it forever....
Ingredients:
- 5 cups grated zucchini
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 eggs
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp. dried mint
- Small bunch of dill
- 1-1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 3 tbsp. baking powder
- 300g feta cheese
- 1 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Salt & pepper to taste
Method:
1. Pre-heat oven to 375*f/180*c
2. Grate 5 cups of zucchini, drizzle with salt to remove excess moisture and set aside
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, eggs & olive oil and mix well
4. Drain water from zucchini and add to yogurt mixture in bowl
5. Add herbs, flour and baking powder and mix well to combine
6. Crumble feta into zucchini mixture and fold in
7. Grease 9x13 pan with olive oil
8. Pour zucchini mixture into pan and spread evenly
9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
10. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until top is blistered and toothpick comes out clean
* Allow to sit for about 20 minutes before cutting

Ingredients
2 lb lean ground beef
½ cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
2 (6.5 oz) cans canned tomato sauce
½ cup water
2 tbsp white sugar
1 ½ tsp dried basil leaves
½ tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 ½ tsp salt, divided, or to taste
¼ tsp ground black pepper
4 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
16 oz ricotta cheese
1 egg ¾ pound mozzarella cheese, sliced
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Lasagna sheets
4 cups flour
4 whole large eggs
5 large egg yolks
