Subway is very popular store in USA, their bread options are the 9-grain flour. These are fairly low in calories, but more importantly, they're fairly low in something that plagues the nutrition of many other Subway bread - sodium. (some source from google)

Recipe: a need:
3 1/2 cups (432g) King Arthur Whole Grain Flour Blend, 1 1/4 tes (8g) salt,
2 TS (25g) light brown sugar, dark brown sugar, or 2 TS(43g) molasses,
2 tes instant yeast, 2 TS(28g) butter or 2 TS(25g) vegetable oil (I use avocado oil), 1 cup + 2 TS (255g) lukewarm water
Following by all ingredient, step by step
Bake: Preheat oven 350°F, Bake 35 - 45 minutes,
after 22-25 minutes, rotate the pan halfway around, very dry-looking but soft texture inside bread!
Serving: after cooldown at least 1hr.

1 tablespoon (13g) olive oil + 1 1/2 tablespoons (18g) olive oil for the pan
Topping
6 ounces (170g) mozzarella, grated (about 1 1/4 cups, loosely packed)
