How To make Lemon Butter Glazed Chicken
4 Chicken breast, boneless, skinless
3 tsp Butter
3 tsp Water
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp Chicken bouillon mix
Chopped parsley Lemon slices
Coat chicken in a small amount of flour, shake to remove excess. Melt butter in a non-stick frypan. Add chicken breasts and saute each side until lightly browned. Add water, lemon juice and chicken bouillon mix to pan; stir until dissolved. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 5 to 7 min. Remove chicken from pan; keep warm. Cook and stir pan juices over high heat until thickened and syrupy, 1 or 2 min. Pour glaze over chicken, sprinkle with parsley and garnish with lemon slices.

Honey Glazed Chicken
HONEY GLAZED CHICKEN
12 pcs. Chicken wings
Salt & Pepper
2 small eggs or 1 large
1 cup cornstarch
Oil for deep frying
Sauce:
•2 tbsps of butter
•5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
•1/2 cup water mix with
•1 tsp Cornstarch
•1/3 cup honey
•1/4 cup soy sauce
•1 grated ginger (size of a thumb)
•roasted sesame seeds.(optional)
Cooking Directions:
For the marinade:
Marinate chicken in salt & pepper for an hour or at least 30 mins.
Add eggs, & cornstarch to the chicken before frying.
In a shallow pan, add oil .
When hot , add pcs. of chicken . Let it brown til crisps.
Set aside.
For the sauce:
In another pan. Add butter, garlic,water, honey, soy sauce, grated ginger. Let it boil & add cornstarch dissolved in a little water. Stir .
When the sauce thickens, add the fried chicken wings.
Add sesame seeds.

1. Cleanse Chicken Thighs
1 tbsp - salt
600 grams - boneless chicken thighs
2. Season Chicken Thighs
***chicken thighs ( drained & pat dried)
4 pcs - kitchen paper towel
2/3 tsp - pepper powder
1/2 tsp - chicken powder or salt
3. Fry/ Saute
2 tbsp - olive oil
***seasoned chicken thighs
2 to 3 tbsp - salted butter
1/3 cup - garlic
1 tbsp - spicy chilis
2 tbsp - vinegar
1 tbsp - soy sauce
1 tbsp - liquid seasoning
1/4 cup - honey
2 tbsp - tomato catsup
garnish with spicy chilis + spring onions
Cooking Time: approximately 22 minutes
