2 Butter or margarine; room
-temp 1/2 c Sugar
1 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Grated lemon peel
1 Egg
2 1/4 c Flour
1 ts Cayenne powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Baking powder
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the lemon juice, lemon peel, and egg and beat well. Sift the dry ingredients together.
