Toutes les étapes du carrot cake ! Un délice de Suisse, mais en version XXL américaine avec un glaçage au cream cheese...

Recette du « carrot cake » pour 8 personnes:
Gâteau aux carottes:
-220g de farine
-150g de sucre
-150g de vergeoise blonde
-220g d’huile
-3 oeufs
-120g de noix de pécan
-210g de carottes
-80g de raisins blonds
-2cuillerées à café de levure chimique
-1 cuillerée à café de bicarbonate de soude
-1/4 de cuillerée à café de vanille liquide
-2 cuillerées à café de cannelle en poudre
-1/4 de cuillerée à café de « 4 épices »
-1/4 de cuillerée à café de gingembre en poudre
-1/2 de cuillerée à café de sel

Glaçage au fromage (cream cheese frosting)
-200g de beurre doux
-480g de cream cheese Philadelphia (ou 280g de mascarpone+200g de Saint Morêt)
-280g de sucre glace
-1/2 de cuillerée à café de vanille liquide
-la pointe d’un couteau de vanille en poudre
