GRILLED ALLIGATOR LEGS | Louisiana Crawfish Company
Here are step-by-step instructions for cooking pre-marinated Louisiana Crawfish Company alligator legs on an outdoor grill:
1. Preheat your grill to high heat. Clean the grates thoroughly so that the alligator legs don't stick. ???? 2. Take the alligator legs out of the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 20 minutes. ???? 3. Place the alligator legs on the grill and let them cook for about 8-10 minutes on each side.⏲ 4. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the alligator legs. They should reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). ???? 5. Remove the alligator legs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute and the meat to become even more tender.???? 6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces or sides. Enjoy! ????
