How To make Magic Crustless Quiche
10 eggs
beaten well
12 ounces sm. curd cottage cheese or 8
1 ounces cream cheese
1 pound Monterey Jack cheese :
grated
1 jar or can sliced mushrooms (4 oz.)
4 tablespoons margarine
1/8 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon med. grind black pepper
1 small onion :
chopped and sauteed
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsifted flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 cans chopped green chilies (4 oz.)
1 can sliced black olives :
(4 oz.)
OPTIONAL::
10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli -- thawed
8 ounces breakfast sausage
8 ounces peeled shrimp
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine beaten eggs, cottage chees e, grated cheese, mushrooms, spices, onion, flour, baking powder, green chilies , black olives, and optional ingredients. Blend carefully and pour into a greas ed 9x13 inch baking dish or 8-cup quiche pan sprayed with non-stick vegetable c ooking spray. Bake 35-45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting and servin g. Recipe may be halved and poured into a 10x6 inch pan or 9-inch quiche pan. N OTE: Reduce flour to 1/2 cup when vegetable, sausage, or shrimp are added. Reci pe from "One Million Recipes CD"

Crustless Quiche: Prep 20 minutes; Cook 40 minutes; Servings 6-8; Calories 260/servingIngredients:
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic or garlic powder
1 medium onion, chopped
12 ounces of spinach (steamable in microwave is fine)
5 eggs beaten
3 cups shredded cheese
1 tbsp. parsley
1 pinch of nutmeg (optional)
1 dash of salt
1 pinch of pepper
Directions:
Spray a 10-inch pie plate with non-stick spray and set aside
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Over medium-high heat, heat olive oil in a large skillet
Add garlic and onions, cook for about five minutes to soften onions
Cook spinach in microwave as directed, and add to onion/garlic mixture to finish cooking out any water
In a large bowl, combine eggs, cheese, herbs and spices
Remove spinach mixture to cheese mixture and stir
Pour combined mixture into pie plate
Bake in oven for approximately 30-40 minutes until mixture has set with a slight golden brown crust on top.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter or margarine for greasing the dish
1 tablespoon olive oil (or preferred choice of cooking oil)
½ small onion finely diced or finely sliced
2 cloves garlic minced
2 cups fresh spinach trimmed and properly washed
5 large eggs
⅔ cups Creme fraiche, milk, or heavy cream
¼ teaspoon salt (use more or less, to taste)
a pinch of nutmeg (optional)
a pinch of black pepper (use more or less, to taste)
85 grams Feta cheese (crumbled - approximately 3 oz)
8-10 cherry tomatoes halved
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
Air fry at 350°F (or 180°C) for 30-50 minutes, OR until the top turns golden brown and a skewer or toothpick inserted in the middle comes out mostly clean, with just a little bit of custard sticking to it.

This method was tested and perfected using a Ninja Foodi multi-cooker air fryer. Every air fryer behaves differently, even two of the same model. For this reason, keep an eye on the air fryer quiche when air frying, and adjust the cooking time or the temperature that you need based on your specific air fryer! Factors such as the depth of the baking tin/dish you are using, the altitude you are in as well as the age of your air fryer may also affect the results.

Ingredients:
250g frozen spinach –thawed
1 small red capsicum - chopped
1 medium onion – chopped
3 full rashers of bacon – chopped
2 cloves garlic – chopped
1½ cups full cream milk or cream
¾ cup plain flour
250g grated tasty cheese
