Spaghetti Noodles:
- 1 LB Spaghetti (USE PASTA RECIPE FROM COOKBOOK )
Meatballs:
- 1lb ground beef
- 1/4 pound finely chopped ham (I used mortadella)
- 1/4 cup fresh grated pecorino or parmesan
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs, crushed tell mostly fine
- 1 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon finely ground fennel seed *optional*
Sauce and Assembly:
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 bunch of basil *added near the end*
- chiffonade basil for serving
- fresh grated parmgiano for serving
- black pepper for serving
One-Pot Swedish Meatball Pasta
Here is what you'll need!
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
½ finely minced onion
1 egg
½ tablespoon salt (for meatballs)
½ tablespoon pepper (for meatballs)
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 cups beef broth
2 cups milk
½ tablespoon salt (for sauce)
½ tablespoon pepper (for sauce)
1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 cups egg noodles
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
½ cup chopped parsley
Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, and pepper, mixing until evenly combined. Heat the canola oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Take about a golf-ball size of the meatball mixture and roll it into balls. Place the meatballs into the pot, cooking for one minute. Flip the meatballs.
2. Add the beef broth, milk, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce and give it a stir. Bring the liquid to a boil, then add the egg noodles. Stir constantly until the pasta is cooked and the liquid has reduced to a sauce that coats the noodles, about seven to eight minutes. Add the parmesan and the parsley, stirring until the cheese is melted. Serve!

HOW TO USE UP LEFTOVER MEATBALLS! || 4 EASY RECIPE IDEAS
Do you ever find yourself with leftover meatballs and don't know how to use them up? Here are 4 ideas to get you started!
Meatball calzones:
Ingredients
-1 can refrigerated pizza dough
-18 frozen meatballs
-1/2 cup marinara sauce
-1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Using a rolling pin, roll out the pizza dough onto a large cutting board. Cut into 6 pieces.
3. On one side of each one, place 2-3 meatballs, a tablespoon of sauce, and 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella.
4. Fold dough over the meatballs and pinch the edges together to seal. Place each one on a greased baking sheet.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the tops of the dough are golden brown and the meatballs are fully heated.

Cranberry meatballs:
Ingredients
-36 frozen meatballs (About half a bag)
-1/2 cup cranberry sauce
-1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1. In a small bowl, combine the cranberry sauce and BBQ sauce.
2. Add the meatballs to the bottom of a slow cooker and pour the sauce over top, then stir to combine.
3. Cook on low heat for 4-5 hours until the meatballs are fully heated.
4. Serve as an appetizer or main dish with your favorite sides.

Meatball Bombs:
Ingredients
-1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
-8 frozen meatballs
-1 cup marinara sauce
-1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. On a cutting board, use a rolling pin to flatten each biscuit.
3. In the middle of each biscuit, place 1 meatball, 1-2 tablespoons of sauce, and 2 tablespoons of cheese.
4. Fold all of the edges toward the center, pressing the edges together to seal. Place seam side down on the baking sheet and continue until all have been made.
5. Mix melted butter and garlic powder, and brush on the tops of each biscuit.
6. Bake for 18-20 minutes until the tops are golden brown. Serve with your favorite side items!

Meatball Subs:
Ingredients
-36 frozen meatballs (About half a 32-ounce bag)
-1 28-ounce jar spaghetti sauce
-6 slices provolone cheese
-1 can mushroom pieces
-6 sub rolls
1. In a medium saucepan, add meatballs, marinara sauce, and mushrooms. Turn to medium heat and place a lid on top.
2. Let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes until the meatballs are fully heated and the sauce is bubbly.
3. Tear a slice of provolone in half and place on one half of the sub roll. Add 6 meatballs to each sub and serve.
