How To make Mexican Dairy Dip
1 pk Cream cheese spread
1 cn (14oz) refried beans
2 ts Chili powder
1/2 ts EACH of cumin, salt, hot
-pepper sauce LAYER #1 Blend all ingredients. Spread in bottom of springform pan. Chill one hour. LAYER #2 1 cup cottage cheese 1 large avocado, peeled and chopped 2 tbsp EACH of diced green chilies and onion 1 garlic clove, minced 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp salt In food processor or blender, blend first two ingredient until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, blend well. Spread over first layer. Chill one hour. LAYER #3 2 cups sour cream 1 tomato, chopped 1/2 cup EACH of chopped green onions and sliced black olives Spread sour cream over layer two. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Chill 1 hour. Unmold and serve with taco chips or crackers. Serves 10. **NOTE** In the picture, they show thin slices of avocado around the outside edge with a whole black olive at each end. Red pimento is crossed in the center, and green onions are sprinkled over top of that.... Served on a bed of fancy leaf lettuce with the tips of taco chips underneath the mold all the way around... Recipe:
100 gms grated Cheddar
1.5 tbsp Butter
2 tsp oil
1/4 cup spring onion whites + green
2-3 garlic chopped
1 tomato chopped
1/2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp. Or flour
1.5 cup milk
Few piece jalapeño chopped
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Pinch salt to taste
Garnish - spring onions, coriander leaves, chilly flakes and jalapeños
Jain Option: Skip onion and garlic
Storing : You can store in refrigerator in an airtight container upto 3-4 days and reheat when you want to eat it.
Can adjust Consistency with more milk if needed.
Note:
1) You can add normal onion instead of spring onion.
2) grate and keep your cheddar cheese ready before proceeding with the recipe
3) Use a whisk to melt cheese with milk and cook in low medium flame stirring continiously.

Queso Cheese Dip: Mexican Restaurant Queso Dip Hack.
1 lb pepper jack deli cheese sliced and cubed.
1 lb white american deli Sliced, cubed. ( I substituted Sliced pre wrapped)
1 to 2 cans evaporated milk
1 fresh jalapeño with seeds removed or canned pickled jalapeños.
place in skillet . stir until heated thru.
Pour in Fondue Pot or Crock Pot if desired.
to reheat add milk.
keeps 2 to 3 days.
