1 lb Boneless beef sirloin steak
1/2 c Chopped onion
1 cn (10 3/4 oz) Campbell's
Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup 1/2 c Sour cream
1/2 ts Paprika
Hot cooked noodles Freeze steak 1 hour to make slicing easier.Cut steak into very thin slices across the grain.In a 2 qt. microwave-safe casserole, combine beef and onion.Cover with lid;microwave on high 5 minutes or until beef is no longer pink,stirring once during cooking. In small bowl,stir soup until smooth;stir in sour cream and paprika.Add to beef,stirring to coat.Cover,microwave @ 50 percent power 3 minutes or until heated through.Serve over noodles.Makes about 3 1/2 cups or 4 servings.

⭐️ Mashed potatoes are the ultimate side dish and comfort food in one. Perfect for Thanksgiving and Christmas or any family dinner when you feel like something cozy.
⭐️ Ingredients
2½ pounds potatoes Yukon Gold, weighted after peeling. Cook them covered in water with 1 teaspoon of salt.
4 tablespoons butter or dairy-free butter.
½ to 1½ cups milk or unsweetened soy milk. Start with ½ cup and add more based on your preference. We like it with 1½ cups of milk.
¾ cup parmesan if grated at home, or ½ cup if pre-grated. Also dairy-free cheese.
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg grated, or more to taste.
1 teaspoon salt or more to taste.

Banting Beef Stroganoff Recipe LCHF
Hey Banters! You need to try this super easy Banting Beef Stroganoff recipe. It is rich and creamy and just perfect for anyone following the LCHF (low carb high fat) lifestyle. For more banting meal ideas and tips, please be sure to visit the Banting Recipes channel :)
The ingredients that you will require are as follows:
2 Tablespoons of coconut oil
500g beef (cut into strips)
Himalayan Salt (to taste)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
250g mushroom (thick slices)
60g butter
1/2 (half) a cup of chopped spring onion
1 chopped red onion
2 cups of water (or as required for beef to cook until tender)
Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
Paprika (to taste)
5 Tablespoons of sour cream
125ml of fresh cream
Method:
1. Season the beef strips with himalayan salt and ground black pepper to taste.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a pot and sear the beef.
3. Remove the beef strips from the pot and set aside.
4. Heat 60g of butter and add the chopped red onion, the spring onion and the mushroom.
5. Season with himalayan salt, ground black pepper, paprika and cayenne pepper (to taste).
6. Now add the beef strips back into the pot and top with 2 cups of water.
7. Cook until beef strips are nice and tender.
8. Serve and enjoy.
Optional : Serve with zuchinni noodles or cauliflower rice.
