How To make Midnight Mallow Cake
16 Marshmallows
3 oz Chocolate
3/4 c Water; boiling
2 1/4 c Flour
1 1/2 ts Soda
1 1/2 ts Salt
3 Eggs
1 1/4 c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla
1 1/2 c Sour cream
FLUFFY MARSHAMALLOW FROSTING:
2 Egg whites
3/4 c Sugar
1/3 c Light corn syrup
2 tb Water
1/4 ts Cream of tartar
1/4 ts Salt
6 Marshmallows; chopped
1 ts Vanilla
Melt marshmallows and chocolate in double boiler. Add boiling water, beating constantly until smooth. Remove from heat; cool. Sift together flour, soda, and salt. Beat eggs until foamy. Gradually add sugar, beating constantly, until thick and lemon colored. Add vanilla and the chocolate marshmallow mixture. Mix. Blend in sour cream. Add dry ingredients in four additions, mixing well after each addition. Pour into 2 well greased and flured 9" round pans bake 375~ 25-30 minutes. Cool and frost. Fluffy Marshamallow Frosting: Combine egg whites, sugar, light corn syrup, water, cream of tartar and salt in top of double boiler. Cook over rapidly boiling water , beating constantly until mixture stands in peaks. Add marshmallows; beat until dissolved. Remove from heat. Add vanilla, continue beating until thick enough to spread. -----

Strawberry Marshmallow Graham Float | Graham Float Recipe (Icebox Cake)
Strawberry Marshmallow Graham Float
ingredients:
245g graham crackers
740ml All purpose cream(chilled overnight)
780g condensed milk (chilled overnight)
2-3 tsp strawberry flavor
1-2 tsp red food color
2 tbsp strawberry jam(optional)
60g mini marshmallows
1 tbsp gelatine, clear and unflavored(optional)
1/8 cup hot water(to dissolve gelatine)
Toppings:
Marshmallows (regular size)
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Procedure:
1) Dissolve gelatine and set aside
2) Combine condensed milk, strawberry flavor and red food color. Mix well. *chill/freeze
3) Whip cream on high speed for 7 min. or until doubled
4) Add strawberry jam and gradually add the condensed milk
5) Whip for another 3-5 minutes
6) Add dissolved gelatine and mix well
7) Assemble: Line graham crackers onto the container(clear pack 500ml)
Pour 1/2 cup of cream mixture
Sprinkle mini marshmallows
Drizzle chocolate syrup
8) Add another layer of graham crackers
9) Pour 1/2 cup of cream mixture
10)Add toppings
11)Cover and Chill overnight
