5 Minute Instant MARSHMALLOWS RECIPE :
- 12g Gelatin Sheets(5 sheets) or 1 1/2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin powder
- 120g (1/2 cup) Water to add to the gelatin
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 60g (2 ounces) Corn Syrup OR a light flavored honey
- 200g (1 cup) Sugar
- 2-3 tbsp of Water to add to the sugar and honey( or corn syrup)
- Pinch of Salt
In the video I demonstrate how to make marshmallows 2 easy ways. A traditional method and a quick instant 5 minute one!
Use whichever method u prefer, they come out great both ways!!

How to Make Peppermint Marshmallows!

Peppermint Marshmallow Recipe
Makes about 36 medium marshmallows
Ingredients
24 crushed Oreos, filling removed
4 T. melted butter
1 cup water (divided)
3 packages of gelatin
2 cups of sugar
½ cup of light corn syrup
½ tsp salt
1 T vanilla extract (preferably clear, but regular works as well)
1 tsp peppermint extract
Red liquid food coloring
¼ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup corn starch
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix together crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into a greased 9” x 9” pan and bake for 10 minutes. Allow crust to cool completely while making marshmallows. If desired, wipe Oreo crumbs off of sides of pan. Re-spray with cooking spray.
3. Pour ½ cup water and gelatin into stand mixer and combine.
4. In a medium saucepan, add remaining ½ cup water, sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Do not stir. Add candy thermometer and turn to medium-high heat. Bring mixture to a boil for 1 min or 240F.
5. Working quickly and carefully, drizzle hot sugar syrup down the side of the bowl into gelatin mixture with mixer on low speed. Turn mixer to high speed and beat for 8-10 min, or until mixture comes to stiff peaks.
6. After mixture reaches stiff peaks, slowly add in vanilla extract and peppermint extract (if added too quickly, mixture may deflate). Immediately pour over cooled Oreo crust, and add drops of red food coloring. Create marble design with a knife, and leave to set at room temperature for at least 3 hours or overnight (cover pan loosely with aluminum foil if desired).
7. Dust over mixture that is approximately half powdered sugar and half cornstarch. Flip marshmallows out onto baking sheet, then onto a cutting board. Cut into 36 pieces with a greased knife.

안녕하세요 오늘은 민트 초코 마쉬멜로우를 준비했어요
먹는소리를 따로 편집해서 ASMR로 준비하려고 했는데 너무 짧아서 그냥
같이 넣었습니다 솨한 민트향에 다크초콜릿을 뿌려 민트초코 덕후분들이 좋아하실 것 같아요
색소는 생략 가능하고 민트 익스트랙 대신 민트시럽을 쓰셔도 됩니다
+ 베이킹파파님 레시피 입니다
▶재료 (2~3호 사각 팬)
젤라틴을 불릴 차가운 물 적당량 (가루 젤라틴 사용시 120ml),
젤라틴 20g (가루 젤라틴 동량), 물 120ml, 설탕 300g, 물엿(꿀) 200g, 식용색소(파랑),
민트익스트랙 2ml, 다크초콜릿 50g, 슈가파우더 적당량
1) 젤라틴을 불릴 물과 젤라틴을 용기에 담아 10분 이상 불려줍니다
2) 냄비에 물, 설탕, 물엿을 넣고 중약불로 끓여줍니다
3) 설탕 청을 떨어뜨렸을 때 길게 늘어지면서 떨어지면 됩니다 (대략 120도)
4) 불린 젤라틴과 끓인 설탕 청을 볼에 담아 중속으로 휘핑합니다
5) 거품이 생기면 고속으로 휘핑해서 마쉬멜로우를 만들어줍니다
6) 준비한 색소와 익스트랙을 넣고 휘핑합니다
7) 용기에 슈가파우더를 뿌려둡니다
8) 휘핑한 마쉬멜로우를 용기에 담아 둡니다
9) 초콜릿을 다져줍니다
10) 마쉬멜로우 위에 뿌려 서늘한 곳에서 2시간 이상 굳혀줍니다
11) 슈가파우더를 뿌려가며 먹기 좋은 크기로 잘라줍니다
12) 물기 없는 밀폐용기에 담아 실온에 보관합니다
