How To make Mom's Buttermilk Biscuits

TASTE OF HOME 4/5/94:

2 c All-purpose flour
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Shortening
3/4 c Buttermilk
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; cut in shortening until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in buttermilk; knead dough gently. Roll out to 1/2" thickness. Cut with a 2 1/2" biscuit cutter and place on a lightly greased
