How To make Mushroom Pita Pizza
MUSHROOM PITA PIZZA:
1 ts Olive oil;
1/2 c Onion; diced
1/2 c Mushrooms;
(chanterelles, crepes, or (shiitake or cultivated ) 1 6" whole-wheat pita bread;
2 Plum Tomatoes, fresh thinly
-sliced 8 sm Basil leaves; small fresh
2 ts Fresh oregano; chopped OR
1/2 ts Crushed dried basil;
1 oz Fresh low-fat goat cheese;
-crumbled ZUCCHINI VARITION:
1/2 c Zucchini; thinly sliced
3 tb Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400 degrees. In a heavy skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onions and mushrooms; saute for 5 minutes until the onion and mushrooms are tender. Meanwhile, split pita bread in half horizontally. Place pita halves directly on oven rack and bake for 5 minutes or until lightly toasted. Arrange tomato slices and basil leaves on bread. Scatter cooked onions and mushrooms over top. Sprinkle with oregrano and goat cheese. Bake 3 to 8 minutes or until begins to brown around edges. Remove from oven and cut each pita half in 4 wedges. NOTE: Substitute zuccihini for the mushooms and Parmesan for goat cheese. Proceed as directed. ( I will keep the mushrooms and use Parmesan Cheese). 皮塔薄饼披萨|How to Make Mushroom Pita Pizza [Happeabites]
想吃Pizza的時候算是我人生其中一個比較矛盾的時刻,叫外賣的話份量太大吃不完,買冷凍的覺得上面的蔬菜不夠多和新鮮。奈何烘培是我比較弱的一環,但這款皮塔薄饼披萨不用搓揉麵團,製作也非常簡易快速。
個人偏好餅底薄的Pizza,所以Pita薄餅用來做餅底最適合不過了。如果喜歡較厚的,可以選擇Pita Bread。
這款皮塔薄饼披萨製作簡單,加上準備食材的時間20分鐘就搞定。要更快速的話可以在前一晚準備好後放入冰箱,第二天直接送進烤箱5分鐘,這樣一來上班族或媽媽們準備早餐更加節省時間。
食材:
1. 皮塔薄餅
2. 蕃茄醬
3. 火腿
4. 蘑菇
5. 芝士片
6. 荷蘭芹碎
7. 鹽和胡椒粉
作法:
1. 烤箱預熱至200°C。
2. 把皮塔餅舖在烤盤上,然後均勻抹上番茄醬。
3. 鋪上火腿,蘑菇和芝士片。
4. 送入烤箱烤15分鐘,撒上鹽,胡椒粉和荷蘭芹碎即可。

Grilled Mediterranean Pita Pizzas
3 whole wheat pitas
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup hummus
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup baby spinach, chopped
¼ cup red onion, finely slice
¼ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
Brush one side of the pita with olive oil and flip it over.
Spread each pita with hummus and top with spinach, tomatoes, red onion, olives and feta cheese.
Place each pita on the grill and close the lid. Grill for 2-3 minutes or until they’re heated through.
Serve immediately.
