The FullyRaw Orange Ginger Sesame Salad Dressing is my new favorite! Bottled salad dressings are usually processed, high in chemicals, use preservatives, and heavy in fatty oils. Learn how to make this sweet and sassy dressing perfect for any dish!
Ingredients:
3-4 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
Quarter cup of raw, unhulled sesame seeds
Optional: quarter cup of raw pistacchios
Quarter cup of chopped green onions or chives
One small thumb of ginger
Juice of 1 squeezed lime
Optional: another herb like cilantro, rosemary, or basil
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender, pour, and enjoy!

How to Make Fried Plantains with an Orange and Ginger Sauce
Yield: 1 liter | Serves: 4
Ingredients:
400 grams Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon Water
2000 grams Orange Juice
2 each Oranges, zested
42 grams Ginger, peeled and grated on microplane
100 grams Mount Gay Brown Rum
2 each Cinnamon sticks
10 each Whole cloves
4 each Star Anise
2 grams Cardamon Pods
30 grams Corn Starch, to make slurry
30 grams Orange Juice, for the slurry
6 each Plantains, peeled and cut in 8 cubes
1 gallon Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil, heated to 350°F
100 grams Granulated Sugar
1 gram Cinnamon Powder
Method:
1. Combine granulated sugar and water and caramelize on the range.
2. Add all orange juice, orange zest, ginger, rum, cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, star anise, and cardamom pods.
3. Bring to a boil and reduce by half.
4. Combine corn starch and orange juice to make a slurry.
5. Pour into sauce to thicken and cook out for one minute.
6. Pour into storage container, cool and store away.
7. Fry the plantains in the oil and toss in the cinnamon sugar and coat in the orange ginger sauce.
8. Place in serving dish and serve immediately.

Japanese Ginger Dressing ***SO ADDICTIVE*** EASY VEGAN RECIPE (生姜ドレッシング)
LAY HO MA everyone! You will absolutely make this incredible salad dressing again and again. It is so addictive and so easy. Join me in this episode and learn how to make the popular Japanese ginger dressing (this is also a popular sauce in Japanese steakhouses). You'll also learn how to make a delicious Japanese style slaw to go with this ginger dressing. Let's begin
Ingredients:
DRESSING / SAUCE:
1 medium sized ginger (about 4 tbsp worth)
1 shallot
1/4 peeled apple
1-2 pieces garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 tbsp cane sugar
1 tbsp sesame paste
1 cup grapeseed oil
SLAW:
2 cups red shredded cabbage
2 cups green shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup shredded daikon
Directions:
1. Blend the dressing ingredients on medium high
2. Shred the slaw ingredients
3. Enjoy the dressing on the slaw or use as a sauce in other recipes!
