1/2 c Cream Cheese; Softened
1/2 c Sour Cream
1/4 c Orange Juice
1/2 t Orange Zest
Beat the ginger and cream cheese to a smooth consistency, then add the sour cream, blending well. Add the orange juice and orange zest, blending well. Cover and chill. Makes about 1 1/4 cups of dip. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Apricots, Chicken, Pound Cake Cubes

Orange-ginger sauce glaze
Ingredients:
Oranges - 3pcs.
Soy sauce - 2.4 fl oz (70 ml)
Fresh ginger - 1.2-1.6 inches (3-4 cm)
Honey - 3 tbsp.
Preparation:
Grate the ginger and zest of one orange for an extra burst of citrus flavor.
Squeeze the juice from the oranges.
In a small saucepan, combine the soy sauce, orange juice, honey, and grated ginger and zest.
Stirring frequently over medium heat, boil until thickened. This will take about 10 minutes.
To make the glaze smoother, you can strain it. It will continue to thicken as it cools.
