How To make Peanut Butter Jam Coffee Cake
1/2 c C & H Golden Brown Sugar
-- firmly packed 1/4 c Butter or margarine
1/4 c Peanut butter
1 1/2 c Biscuit mix
1 Egg
1/2 c Milk
1/4 c Jam
Cream together sugar, and peanut butter. Add biscuit mix, egg and milk. Mix well. Spoon into greased and floured 8-inch square pan. Drop jam by teaspoonfuls on top of batter. Cut through batter with knife to marble jam through the cake. Bake at 375 F degree oven 30 minutes. Cut into nine squares. Serve warm or cold. You LOVED how easy my box cake mix twist was, so I thought I'd share another.I found box mixes to be that extra helping hand when you’re looking to impress with very little time. It’s a perfect canvas for your master piece & still gives you that homemade taste, touch & feel.
I’m sharing my tips & tricks, so you too can make fancy simple. Now grab your fave box mix & check out this video & more for my secret & delicious combination. They will shock the aprons off you & have you creating your very own yummy combos. My ‘Jelly Nutter’ recipe.
Being an Aussie, I'd always heard about Peanut Butter & Jelly, it's not a thing back in Australia (Also we call Jelly, Jam!) So now that I've moved to the States I wanted to try a few of your faves with my fancy but simple twists.
???? Cake Batter
Prep your bake pans, I used Pam Cooking Spray. Follow the instructions on your white cake box mix. I used 2 boxes of Pillsbury White Premium Cake Mixes, which was perfect for a 3x 6inch cake pans. Bake as pre box instructions.
Filling
2 tub Pillsbury Vanilla Frosting
Your fave Strawberry or Raspberry Jelly/Jam
Cake Icing & Decorations
1 cup Kerrygold Unsalted Butter - Room Temperature
3/4 cup Smucker's Creamy Peanut Butter
3 cups Powdered/Icing Sugar - Sifted
2 tsp Simply Organic Vanilla Extract
3 Tbsp Milk

Peanut Butter and Jelly Coffee | Keto | Low Carb | Sugar Free | Cooking With Thatown2
Today we are going to show you how to make a Peanut Butter and Jelly flavored Coffee. This coffee is keto friendly, low carb, sugar free and for my peanut butter lovers amazing. Thank you for watching!!! Please Like, Share, and Subscribe.
Ingredients
1-2 cups of coffee. (in the video i used a 20 oz thermal cup)
2 tbsp. heavy whipping cream
1tsp of sugar free jelly
1-2 tbsp. of all natural peanut butter (depending on your liking)
1-2 packets of stevia
Brew your coffee following whatever directions you use to make your coffee. To a blender add in your heavy whipping cream, sugar free jelly and all natural peanut butter and blend for 10 seconds until well combined. It will have very thick consistency. pour in a few tablespoons of your coffee and blend again for 10 more seconds until the mixture becomes pourable. Pour your coffee and add your peanut butter and jelly flavored creamer to it. Add Sugar as needed and enjoy.
