닭가슴살도 맛있게 먹을 수 있어요.
완전 저염식은 아니지만, 밋밋한 닭가슴살 질리셨다면
한번씩 해드셔 보세요~ 닭비린내 없이 맛나요~
✤ 재료 (2인분/밥스푼계량/티스푼계량 )
- 닭가슴살 2개 (340g)
- 대파 1/3
- 양파 1/4
- 방울토마토 8개 (양은 원하는 만큼)
- 토마토스파게티 소스 12스푼
- 밀가루 1스푼 (잡내 제거용)
- 소금 0.4티스푼
- 후추 약간
- 생강가루 0.5티스푼 (다진생강 가능)
- 버터 1스푼
- 물 100ml

- 토마토 소스는 오뚜기 제품 사용했어요.
- 치킨볼은 팬에 굽지 않고, 오븐이나 에프에 구워도 되요.
- 다진닭가슴살에 청양고추나 깻잎등을 다져 넣어서 취향껏 응용해도 좋아요.

Recipe Tips
* You can cook about 3 large chicken cutlets at a time in a 6-quart Instant Pot.
* You can add seasonings if you like, but my experience is that the spices usually end up in the cooking water.
* If your chicken cutlets are more of a medium size, then reduce the cooking time to 16 minutes.
