Meatloaf Stuffed With Ham, Cheese & Eggs ⬇️ FULL RECIPE BELOW ⬇️ Is there any dish more nostalgic than meatloaf? Probably not. Unfortunately, though, most of us have relegated meatloaf to mere childhood memories and don't ever really allow ourselves the simple pleasure of loafing it up. But we would do anything for meatloaf! Not the singer, obviously, but the dish, and so we worked hard to develop a recipe that takes the classic meatloaf and firmly establishes it in the 21st century. Filled with ham, cheese, garlic & herb cream cheese, and eggs, this ain't your mama's meatloaf, folks!

You'll Need:
For the meatloaf:
- 1½ lbs ground beef
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- salt & pepper to taste
For the filling:
- 2-3 ham slices
- ¾ cup garlic & herb cream cheese
- 3-4 Gouda or Swiss cheese slices
- 3 eggs
Here's How:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with butter and swirl some bread crumbs around the inside of the pan so they stick to the butter. Combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, onion, salt, and pepper, and transfer the meatloaf mixture to the greased loaf pan. Press a tall glass into the loaf pan horizontally to create an indent in the center.
2. Line the indent with the ham slices.
3. Cover the ham with the garlic & herb cream cheese.
4. Cover the cream cheese with the cheese slices.
5. Crack 3 eggs over the cheese.
6. Transfer the loaf pan to the oven and cook for 60 minutes.

2 lbs. Ground Beef 85% or 90%
3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
2 Large Eggs

1 medium Yellow Onion
3 tbsp Ketchup
1/3 cup whole Milk
3 tbsp Fresh or Dried Parsley
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Creole Seasoning or Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tbsp Worcestershire (optional)
Meatloaf Sauce Ingredients
3/4 cup Ketchup
2 1/2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 1/2 tsp White Vinegar
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt

Chilli, garlic Meatloaf
* Green, Yellow & red peppers
* Garlic
* Chili
* Salt
* Olive oil
* Mince
* Ghost chili powder
* Chili sauce
* Tomato sauce
* Mustard
1) Chop Red, Green & Yellow peppers
2) Blend together garlic, chili, salt & olive oil
3) Pour blended mixture over beef mince
4) Add peppers, ghost chili &mix well
5) Add mixture into bread pan
6) Bake for 40 minutes @ 180 degrees in preheated oven
7) When done pour some meatloaf juice into saucer & add chili sauce, tomato 7 mustard
8) Cut meatloaf into slices & add sauce over

Lean and Green Mexican Meatloaf

Mexican Meatloaf
Ingredients:
2 and 1/4 lbs 95% to 97% lean ground beef (4 - 3/4 Lean)
1/2 cup egg beaters (1/4 Lean)
1 tsp chili powder (2 Condiments)
1/2 tsp ground cumin (1 Condiment)
1/2 tsp salt (2 Condiments)
2 cloves freshly minced garlic (2 Condiments)
1/2 cup salsa (8 Condiments)
1 cup reduced fat Colby and Monterrey jack cheese, grated (1 Lean)
4 oz diced green chili peppers (1 Green)
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375° F.
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, egg beaters and spices together.
Cut a large square of waxed paper and roll out the ground beef mixture into a flat square. Sprinkle with half of the cheese and the green chili peppers. Roll the waxed paper, with the meatloaf in the middle, until it shapes into a loaf. Carefully unfold the waxed paper from the meatloaf and remove. Fold the ends of the meatloaf to the cheese and chilies will not spill out during cooking.
Place in a loaf pan. Top with salsa. Bake in oven at 375° F for 50 to 55 minutes or until done.
Sprinkle other half of cheese on top and bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
