1/2 7-up dough recipe 1 1/2 c Pineapple preserves 1 c Flaked coconut Pre-heat oven 375~. Press dough into greased 9x13" cake pan. Spread preserves evenly over dough. Sprinkle coconut on top. Cover; let rise in warm place until double, about 30 minutes. Bake at 375~ for 25-30 minutes. If coconut gets too brown, cover loosely with foil last 5-10 minutes of baking. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then remove from pan. Serve warm or cold. NOTE: Any flavor preserves or jam may be used. -----

This is my simple but yet delicious pineapple coconut cake that everyone will like. The natural sweet taste from both pineapple and coconut flakes is out of this world!! What like most about this cake is that it’s not too sweet at all!!
Ingredients:
1 cup unbleached all purpose flour 1 cup pineapple tidbits 1/2 cup organic sweetened coconut flakes or the regular 1/2 cup butter ( l used a healthy plant based one) 1/3 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 cup milk ( you can use any type) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Bake at 350°C for 40 minutes or until toothpick dipped into cake comes out clean. I used 8 in x 6 in x 2 in baking pan. Enjoy and leave me a comment on how your goes. ????????❤️
