1.00 c Reduced-cal margarine;
15.00 oz (1)pkg raisins;
Sugar sub to equal 3 cups -sugar 2.00 ts Baking soda;
0.25 c Water;
2.00 Eggs; beaten
4.50 c All-purpose flour;
1.00 ts Ground cloves;
1.00 ts Allspice;
1.00 ts Ground cinnamon;
Vegetable cooking spray; Bring 2 cups of water to a boil n a large saucepan; stir in margarine and raisins, and boil uncovered 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and cool raisin mixture to lukewarm. Stir in sugar substitute. Dissolve soda in 1/4 cup of warm water; add to raisins mixture,
stirring well. Stir in eggs. Combine flour, cloves, allspice, cinnamon, and baking powder; gradually add to raisins mixture, stirring after each addition. Stir in eggs. Spoon batter into 10" Bundt pan coated with vegetable cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake in bundt pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan; let cook on wire rack. Butter(melted) - ⅓ cup (80 ml)
Yogurt - ½ cup (120 g)
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
All purpose flour - 1 ¼ cup (160 g)
Baking powder - 1 ½ tsp (6 g)
Salt - ¼ tsp
Pan size : 20 x 10 x 7centimetres
Bake in preheated oven (180°C) for 35 - 40 mins

WELCOME TO YUMMY
TODAY'S RECIPE IS Raisin Butter Cake | Kishmish Cake Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Raisin butter cake
Black raisin 1/2 cup
Wash well & soak for 10 mins
Strain
Keep aside 1 tbsp raisin
Flour 1 tbsp
Coat well
Butter 100gm
Powder Sugar 2/3 cup
Mix until fluffy
2 eggs ( one at a time)
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Add raisins
7 inch pan
Brush butter
Place baking paper
Leftover Raisins on top
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the mould
Cook it on low flame for 30-40 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 30-40 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

Here is a simple Walnut-Raisin Coffee Cake that is easy to make and tastes great!
Made in a 5 X 2 pan, Baked in a Nuwave Oven.
How to cut parchment paper step by step video:
Ingredients for cake:
1 Egg
1/2 teaspoon oil
½ Cup Brown sugar
¾ Cup Self-rising flour
Pinch of baking soda
Dash salt
¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
¼ Cup chopped walnuts
¼ Cup raisins
Stir until combined and add coffee a little at a time to make thick batter
1/8 Cup coffee
Bake at 300 – 30 minutes (check with toothpick)
