How to Make Taco Bell's Refried Beans at home in under 30 minutes
To be clear, this NOT the way Taco bell makes their beans. They use raw beans, soak them and cook them in giant pressure cookers before they smash and refry them. This recipe just speeds that process up by about 2 days. The result is the same but this will cost about $1 more. I'll take that trade off any day! To make these beans vegan just use oil instead of butter and veggie stock instead of chicken stock obviously. The results are virtually identical. Enjoy!
