How To make Reuben Meatloaf
1 lb Ground beef, crumbled
1 c Breadcrumbs; soft, preferab
1/2 c Thousand island dressing
1 Egg
1/2 ts Caraway seed (optional)
Pepper Filling: 1 c Sauerkraut; 8 oz
1 oz Corned beef (from can), chop
1/2 c Cheese; swiss, shredded
Fat grams per serving: Approx. Cook Time: :20 Combine all meat mixture ingredients in medium bowl. Press 1/2 of mixture in bottom of loaf pan. Make slight indentation, lengthwise down centre of meat loaf. Combine all filling mixture and put in indentation. Top with remaining meat mixture, pressing to enclose filling and sealing edges. Cook at HIGH (100%) 13-18 minutes or till firm and temperature is 145F. Let stand covered for 5 minutes.

1 1/2 cups sauerkraut, drained
2 small -medium tomatoes, sliced
2 Tablespoons salted butter, cubed
2 Tablespoons Thousand Island salad dressing
1/2 pound deli corned beef, sliced
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 tube Refrigerated biscuits ( I used 6)
1/4 teaspoon caraway seed
2 Rye crisp crackers, crushed
Lets make it-
Preheat oven to 425. In a 2 quart baking dish add the sauerkraut, spread evenly. Add the tomato slices and scatter the butter cubes on top of the tomatoes. Drizzle with the salad dressing. Add the corn beef and top with the cheese. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Open the biscuits and separate the biscuit layers and evenly add them to the top of the casserole till the top is covered with biscuit dough. Sprinkle with caraway seeds and rye crumbs. Bake another 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are completely baked. Serve with additional dressing, if desired!

6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
3/4 cup zero sugar ketchup
1 Tbs yellow mustard
2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup almond flour
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
6 Tbs meatloaf sauce (see below)

1/4 cup zero sugar ketchup
3 Tbs mayonnaise
2 Tbs yellow mustard
1 Tbs Dijon mustard
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp hot sauce
liquid sugar substitute = 6 tsp sugar

The BEST Reuben Sandwich EVER in the Ninja Foodi!
I consider myself a Reuben connoisseur and this is, by far, the BEST Reuben I have ever eaten!
Any time I see a Reuben on the menu, I order it! 7 out of 10 times, I'm disappointed. Mostly because the bread is soggy and who wants a soggy Reuben? Not me, my friend, not me.
So, when I had a request from Joe to do a video on making a Reuben in the Ninja Foodi, I was happy to oblige.
I had no idea that this would end up being The BEST Reuben Sandwich EVER and it's made right in the Ninja Foodi. No hassle, No fuss.
Here is how to make your own:
Ingredients:
2 slices of Rye Bread
1Tbsp of salted butter
4 slices of swiss cheese
3-4 ounces of thinly shaved corned beef
2 ounces of sauerkraut
2-3 Tbsp of Thousand Island Dressing or Russian Dressing
1 Ninja Foodi
Directions:
Place 1 cup of water into the inner pot of the Ninja Foodi and place the sauerkraut in a covered pan. Steam for 5 minutes. This is optional, but it does ensure that the sauerkraut is warmed through.
Strain the sauerkraut to remove extra liquid
Assemble your Reuben Sandwich
Butter the outside of each bread slice
Place two slices of cheese on each slice of bread to cover the bread.
Spread 1-2 Tbsp of Thousand Island or Russian Dressing on the cheese.
Add 1/2 of the corned beef to each side of the sandwich
Add Sauerkraut
Place sandwich on the rack in the low position.
Air Crisp on 350° F for about 7 1/2 minutes, flip and continue cooking for 5 minutes and flip to finish crisping for about 2 minutes or until they are as crispy as you like.
