How To make Rocky Road Chocolate Creme Pie
Joyce Alenskis XMXX58B 1 package Chocolate creame pie mix
2 3/4 cups Milk
1 cup Marshmallows -- minature
6 ounces Chocolate chips
1 package Dream whip topping
From the pie mix package, combine the chocolate crumbs with the melted oleo and press firmly in bottom and sides of pie pan. In a small bowl, blend chocolate creme filling mix and 2 1/4 C milk at lowest sped for 2 mins. Then beat 2 mins at highest speed possible until smooth. Fold in marshmallows and 3/4 C chips.Spread evenly in crust. In small bown, blend whipped topping and 1/2 C milk at low speed until moistened. Then beat 5 mins at high speed until topping forms peaks. Spread evenly over filling. Top with reserved 1/4 C chocolate chips. Chill at least 30 mins in refrig. * I would probably use cool whip instead of fussing with dream whip.

Chef John's Rocky Road - Food Wishes
I always thought Rocky Road candy was named after the ice cream, but that’s not the case. Apparently, it appeared in Australia back in the late 1850’s, and that’s what inspired the ice cream. There’s a lot of controversy as to who was responsible for this candy-to-frozen-dessert conversion, but there’s no debating the fact that chocolate, marshmallow, and nuts are a fantastic combination, no mater the delivery system. Enjoy!

4-Ingredient Peaches and Cream Pie
Recipe courtesy of Food Network Kitchen
Total: 3 hr 5 min
Active: 15 min
Yield: 6 to 8 servings
Level: Easy
Ingredients
1 refrigerated rolled pie crust (homemade or store-bought)
Two 8-ounce blocks cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup confectioners' sugar
3 to 4 very ripe peaches, halved, pitted and cut into wedges
Directions
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F. Fit the pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate and fold and crimp the edges as desired. Lay a large piece of foil over the dough and fill with pie weights or raw rice. Bake until the dough begins to dry and set but is still very pale, about 12 minutes. Remove the weights and foil and continue to bake until the dough is golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes more. Set aside to cool completely on a rack.
Put the cream cheese, sugar and 1/4 cup water in a large bowl. With an electric mixer, beat on medium-high until light and smooth, about 2 minutes. Pour into the cooled pie crust and smooth out into an even layer. Top with the peach slices, loosely cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours or up to overnight.
