How To make Sausage Coffee Cake
-Waldine Van Geffen VGHC42A 1 lb Bulk Sausage
1/2 c Onions; chop
14 c Parmesan cheese; grate
1/4 c Swiss cheese; grate
1/4 ts Tabasco
1 1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Parsley; chop
2 c Biscuit mix
3/4 c Milk
1 Egg yolk
1/4 c Mayonnaise
1 ts Water
Brown the onions and sausage. Drain well. Add the onions, Parmesan, Swiss, Tabasco, salt and parsley. Make a batter of biscuit mix, milk and mayo. Spread half of batter in 9x9x2" greased pan. Pour in sausage mixture. Spread remaining batter on top. Mix egg yolk and water and spread on top. Bake at 400~ for 25 to 30 minutes until cake leaves edge of pan. How to make the best Coffee Praline Cake.
Here's what you'll need:
Walnut Praline:
1/2 cup sugar (100g)
1 cup roasted walnut (125g) a pinch of salt
Coffe Infused Cake:
6 egg yolks
1/4 cup oil (60ml)
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
1/4 cup milk (60ml)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
1 tbsp instant coffee powder (10g)
1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
1 tbsp hot water (15ml)
1 and 1/4 cup cake flour (125g) or all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder (3g)
6 eggwhites
1/2 cup sugar (100g)
Coffee Buttercream:
1 and 1/2 cup unsalted butter (330g) softened
1 cup cold sweetened condensed milk (300g)
1 tbsp instant coffee powder (10g)
1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
1 tbsp hot water (15ml)

How to make a No Knead Milk Bread prepare overnight and bake in the morning. No machine needed and so easy to make. The result is so soft and fluffy, warm and buttery Milk Bread. This is my no fail and go to recipe for breakfast bread.
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup warm milk (250ml)
1 egg
3 tbsp sugar (45g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
3 cups all purpose flour (375g)
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
1/4 cup butter(55g) unsalted
SPANISH:
Esto es lo que necesitará:
1 taza de leche tibia (250 ml)
1 huevo
3 cucharadas de azúcar (45 g)
1 cucharadita de sal (5 g)
3 tazas de harina para todo uso (375 g)
2 cucharaditas de levadura instantánea (6 g)

PORTUGUESE:
