How To make Scotch Shortbread 2
1 c Butter
3/4 c Powdered sugar(c & h)
1/2 ts Almond extract
2 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1/4 ts Salt
Beat butter until soft. Add sugar and almond extract and beat until smooth. Add flour and salt, and mix well. Press dough evenly in 11 x 7 x 2-inch pan. Mark in 1-1/2 inch squares with a fork. Bake in 375-degree

You will Need
200g / 2 sticks / 8oz of Butter
100g / 1/2 a cup / 4oz of Sugar
250g / 2 cups / 9oz of All purpose Flour
100g / 3/4 of a cup / 4oz of Corn Flour
For the Butterscotch
100g / 1/2 a cup / 4oz of Soft Brown Sugar
60ml / 1/4 of a cup / 2oz of Thick Cream
30g / 2 tablespoons / 1oz of Butter
Coarse Salt to top the Shortbread
Oven Temperature 300F / 150C for 20-30 minutes

Traditional Scottish Shortbread Recipe & Cook with me!
Hey guys :)
I thought I'd quickly pop on and show you how to make traditional Scottish Shortbread! A few of you have asked for it...so here it is! This is just the basic recipe, but you can add things like chocolate chips, coconut, nuts or flavourings :) But I like plain. I've listed the ingredients below if you wan't to give it a go!

55/2oz. Caster sugar
180g/6oz Plain (all-purpose) flour
125g/40z Room temperature butter

Hi, I’m Emojoie.
I'm making a shortbread this time. I always wanted to try making a long-shaped shortbread so I did. You don’t use an egg for the shortbread and it makes a crunchy texture that just melts in your mouth. Give it a try!

◼17cm square mold
160g unsalted butter
A pinch of salt
75g powdered sugar
230g flour
150℃ for 45 min
➢Method
Add a pinch of salt to softened unsalted butter
Add powdered sugar and mix
Add the flour and mix until incorporated
Spread the dough into a 17 cm square pan
Mark 16 equal portions
Poke holes in the dough
Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 45 minutes
Remove the mold while the dough is hot and cut it with a knife
Traditional Scottish Shortbread (with a twist) I Prepared At Balmoral Castle For The Queen
Shortbread is one of the easiest recipes to make at home and it tastes mouthwateringly (is that a word?) delicious. here's the recipe I made for The Royal Family for private afternoon teas and large garden parties.
