Root Beer Taste Test
We taste test several of the most common root beers to find out which one tastes best. Very difficult and very fun! The results were surprising and oh so satisfying. What should we do next?
The Root Beers we tested were:
A&W, Barq's, Brigham's Brew, Bundaburg, Dad's, Henry Weinhard's, IBC, Jones, Mug, Shasta, Stewarts, & Virgil's

Can You Drink Soda and Still Be Ripped?
Can You Drink Soda and Still Be Ripped?? ????????????
Yes you can actually.
When it comes to soda, you need to think about chemicals, artificial flavors, sugar and extra calories.
❌ So let’s look at regular Coca-Cola:
One whole bottle is 140 calories and six servings.
Within those servings are 39 grams of sugar and 39 grams of carbs.
Remember, without fiber, the carbs are basically all sugar. This bottle has 0 grams of fiber.
Those are horrible numbers ????
✅ Instead, let’s look at Coke Zero:
It has zero calories and zero sugar.
???? If you’re a health freak and want the purest pop, get some Bubly:
There are only 2 ingredients and 0 calories.

Dessert Stomach (Rebroadcast) - 24 April 2023 - A Way with Words - language, linguistics, and...
Funny cat videos and cute online photos inspire equally adorable slang terms we use to talk about them. When a cat leaves its tongue out, that's a blep. A boop is a gentle tap on its nose. Also, when is a salamander not a salamander? The name of this animal once referred to a mythical beast that was impervious to fire. Now it also refers to heating devices. And: the story of how the Italian term for a dish towel became a word heard halfway across the world in Rome, New York. Plus, Bozo buttons, betsubara, both vs. bolth, straight vs. shtraight, mlem, hoosegow, sticky bottle and magic spanner, all served up with a helping helping of caster sugar.
