2 lb Shrimp
1 Onion; chopped
2 Celery ribs; chopped
Garlic to taste 1 tb Butter
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tb Lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste 1 1/2 c Rice; cooked
1/2 c Sour cream
3/4 c Cheese; grated
Green pepper rings Boil shrimp and peel, devein, and cut into bite sized pieces. Saute onion, celery, and garlic in butter. Do not brown. Add soup, lemon juice, and seasoning. Fold in rice and shrimp. Then fold in sour cream and pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and decorate with pepper rings. Bake at 325~ for 30 minutes. From Pirate's Pantry

EASY Baked Shrimp and Rice
In this easy cooking video, I cook some shrimp and rice in my toaster oven. The ingredients to my easy shrimp and rice recipe are 1 cup of Jasmine rice, 2 cups of water, 12 large frozen shrimp, and salt, Johnny's Seasoned Pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste. I used a 10 inch cast iron skillet, and cooked the rice and shrimp in a 450 degree F oven for 25 minutes. I also added some frozen diced avocado at the end.

* 2 chicken breasts (season with 1 teaspoon spice mix)
* ½ pounds shrimp (season with 1 teaspoon spice mix)
* 4 medium hot dogs or sausages(I used chicken hotdogs)
Veggies
* 1 small onions
* 3 garlic cloves
* 4 tomatoes
* 1 hot chili pepper
* 1 small red bell pepper
* 110g tomato paste
* 5 spring onions
* 3 ½ cup raw rice (long grain)
* 2 cups chicken stock
* 2 cups water
* 1 teaspoon salt
* ½ teaspoon thyme
* 1 tablespoon spice mix
* 1 chicken seasoning cube

½ cup parmesan cheese, grated or powdered
⅓ cup half-and-half
1 egg
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt & ground black pepper to season
To Serve:
Roughly ⅛ tsp parsley per serving

0:10 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
0:13 In a mixing bowl, whisk half of the mixed cheeses, parmesan cheese, half-and-half, egg, butter, and garlic together.
0:47 Add the shrimp and cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper, then toss to combine evenly.
1:10 Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle on the rest of the mozzarella.
1:29 Bake for 25 minutes until the shrimp are pink and the cheese is melted.
