Mouth-Watering Goat Yogurt Potato Rosti - The Best Hashbrown You'll Ever Taste!
Potato Rosti Connection was one of the most popular dishes, back in my restaurant days.

Potato Rosti is originally a Swiss invention and usually larger in size. You may also call this, a hash brown. It is a delicious way to start any day and perfect for lunch or even dinner.
There are no eggs in this recipe, the starch alone of the potato even the waxy ones, is enough to bind them together. The butter is clarified to avoid burning, allowing the reach of a hotter temperature. You could also use olive oil, but butter simply tastes better!
I used a lot more bacon than required for this recipe, you do not need that much, unless of course you’re a bacon lover. You can pre-cook them then reheat them in a pan on very low heat.
These potato rosti will be slightly crispy on the outside and soft of the inside.

I have had a few people tell me that they don't use their crock pot because all of the recipes require cream of soups. Well I'm here to tell you that there are SO MANY crock pot recipes that don't need canned cream of soups. Don't miss these. These are some of the easiest recipes without canned soup. So delicious, easy to make, healthy options for dinner!
What's included in this NO cream of crock pot soups video:
Ravioli Lasagna (
Sweet and Sour Meatballs (recipe below)
Creamy Italian Chicken Noodle Soup (
Baked Potato Soup (
Baked Beans (see below)
White Chicken Chili (
Sweet and Sour Meatballs:
-3/4 cup Brown Sugar
-3 TBSP Corn Starch
-¼ cup Vinegar
-3 TBSP Soy Sauce or coconut aminos
-1 Package of Frozen Meatballs
Directions:
Put all ingredients in freezer bag and place in the freezer. Place into the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8.
BBQ Baked Beans
- 6 pieces Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 cans great northern beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 3TBSP Ketchup
- 1 TBSP stone ground mustard
- 3 TBSP maple syrup
- 1 TBSP vinegar (white or ACV)
- 1 TBSP bacon grease
Combine all in a crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high 3-4.

PIZZA ALLA GRANDMA
When you think of homemade pizza, grandma pie or as I like to call it, Pizza alla Grandma is generally what you think of. Its a square pie as opposed to the circular pizza margherita. For my grandma pie we put the cheese on the dough before the sauce and add lost of oregano. Again I'll show you my method for how to make a homemade pizza without a pizza stone.
