How To make Ham& Potato Bake
1 c Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 c Light Cream
2 c Diced cooked Potatoes
2 c Cooked cubed Turkey Ham
2 tb Pimento, chopped
Heat oven to 350?. In medium saucepan, heat cheese and cream, stirring constantly, until cheese melts and sauce is creamy. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover tightly. Bake 45 minutes. Source: SHARE Colorado Cookbook 11/20/93

CHEESY HAM & POTATO CASSEROLE! COOK WITH ME
Hey family!!! In today's video we're using the last of the ham leftover from Eater to make a Cheesy Ham and Potato Casserole!
Recipe
Ingredients:
24 oz Frozen Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes NOTE: I used the southern style potatoes.
2 tablespoons Minced Onions
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup NOTE: I used Cheddar Cheese soup instead.
½ cup Butter (melted)
1 teaspoon Salt
2 ½ cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese (divided)
3 cups Ham (cooked and diced)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl place frozen hash browns and minced onions and mix.
Add cream of chicken soup, melted butter, salt, ham, and 2 cups shredded cheese. Mix well
Place your mixed ingredients into a 9X13 casserole dish and top with ½ cup remaining shredded cheese.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Buttermilk Biscuit Recipe:
2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 TB baking powder
1 tsp salt
6 TB unsalted butter (cold)
1 cup buttermilk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Combine all ingredients and mix by hand, using a little self rising flour to keep it from sticking to your hands too much. Pinch of pieces a little bigger than a golf ball and roll into ball shape. Pat in extra flour and press slightly onto baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until bottoms of biscuits are browned. Brown the tops and spread with butter!

Ham And Potato Casserole
Ham cut into small pieces
1 small onion
3 tablespoons butter
2 cups potato cubed and boiled till tender
Cheese Sauce
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
How to Make HAM & CHEESE POTATO CASSEROLE

Recipe:
3lbs russet potatoes
1 cup milk
6 tbs melted butter
salt
pepper
150 gr cooked deli ham
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/4 bread crumbs
2 tbs grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
Boil potatoes until fork tender, peel and mash. Add mild, butter salt and pepper and mix until well incorporated. Place half of your mashed potato mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly. Add your ham and mozzarella cheese and add the remainder of your mashed potato mixture and spread everly. Top with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Bake until top is golden brown.
