3/4 c Sugar
1 lg Egg
1 1/4 c Flour; plus
1/8 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Cream of tartar
1/4 ts Salt
Coating: 3 tb Sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
Recipe by: Beverly Salinger, YMCG78A Preheat oven to 400~. Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg and beat well. Add flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, salt. Chill dough.
