Goat Cheese, Salmon, and dill
Since you're a loyal viewer and you watched my video, I owe you a recipe, huh?
1 lb of wild-caught salmon
Goat cheese
Fresh dill
Olive oil
A pan
Drop a decent amount of olive oil into a pan and follow it up with the salmon steaks (if you get one big piece, it'll take roughly forever to cook, so cut them into smaller pieces). Cover the pan and flip them until they're done all the way through.
Put them on a plate, grab a chunk of goat cheese and start crumbling it into little chunks and put them on top of the salmon. Follow that up with some fresh drill. Serve with vegetables of your choice.
Enjoy!

Claire Saffitz's Sour Cream & Chive Pull Apart Rolls | Dessert Person | Recipe Test Review
Today I'm trying out Claire Saffitz's recipe for Sour Cream & Chive Pull-Apart Rolls from her Dessert Person cookbook. These sour cream and onion rolls are super light and fluffy thanks to the technique of starting with a Japanese milk bread technique known as a tangzhong (also known as a water roux). By cooking the flour with milk and water at the onset of the recipe, the resulting bread dough is able to hold extra moisture -- moisture during the baking process results in super-hydrated bread and even more steam, which gives you a light and fluffy bun. These dinner rolls are tender and fluffy like little pillows of sour cream and onion goodness. The sour cream flavor provides a subtle, but noticeable tanginess. While the chives perfume the bun and give a subtle kick. I've enjoyed this as an afternoon snack. As a side with my lunchtime salad. And even accompanying pasta to soak up all the extra sauce (yes, I used a sour cream and onion roll like garlic bread).
