How To make Spanish Tofu Omelette
1 tb Olive oil
1 ea Garlic clove, minced
1 sm Onion, chopped
1 md Potato, sliced
1/4 ea Green bell pepper, diced
1 sm Tomato, chopped
1/4 ts Oregano
1 lb Soft tofu, patted dry
1/4 c Flour
1/4 ts Turmeric
1 t Nutritional yeast
Salt & pepper to taste
In a frying pan over med heat, heat the oil or water and saute the garlic, onion, potato, and green pepper until the potato is cooked, about 10 mins. In the meantime, blend the reamining ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add the tomato and tofu mixture to the pan and cook, covered, over a very low heat until the omelette is set, about 10 mins. Serve with salsa. If you have 1 potato and 2 eggs at home, make this quick potato omelet recipe for breakfast. This is a super easy and delicious potato omelet recipe, hope you like and make this potato egg recipe.
Ingredients and recipe:
Chop 1 potato
Pour some olive oil in a pan
Place the potato slices in the pan
Fry for 3 minutes on medium-heat
Crack 2 eggs in a bowl
Salt and black pepper
Chop 2 green onion
Add to the bowl with the eggs
Mix well
Pour into the pan
Sprinkle 50g shredded cheese on top
Fry for 3-5 minutes on medium heat
Done!

⭐️ Make them with or without eggs and serve them as a starter, side dish, or main dish with our marinara sauce, sour cream, or tzatziki sauce. We are sure you'll love them!

2 pounds zucchini (about 4 medium)
1½ teaspoons salt
1 egg or ⅓ cup or 50 g chickpea flour + ¼ cup or 60 g of water
1 red onion
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
¾ cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or more if needed
SERVE WITH
tzatziki sauce
marinara sauce
cashew sour cream
Metric:
900 g zucchini (about 4 medium)
1½ teaspoons salt
1 egg or ⅓ cup or 50 g chickpea flour + ¼ cup or 60 g of water
