8 oz Wholewheat flour 3 oz Oatmeal 3 oz Bran 5 oz Brown sugar 1/2 ts Ginger 1/2 ts Allspice 4 oz Vegetable margarine 1/4 pt Cold water Preheat oven to 350F. Grease some cookie sheets. Set aside. Mix together the flour, oatmeal, bran, sugar & spices in a bowl. Rub in the margarine until the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Add enough water to make a stiff dough. Roll out the dough on a floured board to a thickness of 1/2". Cut into rounds, 2" to 3" across. Place on baking sheets. Bake for 25 minutes. Lift carefully onto a wire rack to cool.

1 ⅓ stick of softened butter (150g) 1 cup (210g) brown sugar 2 medium eggs (100g) 2 cups (210g) pastry flour 1 tsp (5g) baking soda 1 tsp (5g) cinnamon ½ tsp (2.5g) nutmeg 1 ⅔ cup (150g) rolled oats ⅘ cup (120g) raisins pinch of salt
● Steps:
1. Hydrate the raisins in hot water. Sift flour, baking soda, nutmeg and cinnamon. In the bowl of a mixer, mix until combined softened butter, brown sugar and salt. Add the room temperature eggs and the dry ingredients gradually. Add the oats and raisins. Keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2. Preheat the oven to 350 °F (175°C).
3. Use an icecream scoop to shape the cookies.
4. Bake for 12-14 minutes.

Spiced Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies
These Spiced Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies have it all with plenty of pumpkin flavor, loads of warm spices, terrific texture and a great chewiness. RECIPE:
1 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup Crisco 2 eggs 1/3 cup milk
1 cup flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsps cinnamon 1/2 nutmeg
Mix the first four ingredients with a mixer. place all the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix by hand. Add the wet ingredients with the dry and then stir in 3 cups of oatmeal.
Drop in spoon fulls onto a greased cookie sheet and bake 12 minutes at 350.
