How To make Spicy Spritz Cookies
1 1/2 Margarine; softened
1 Egg white; whipped
1 ts Vanilla
1 3/4 c Unbleached flour
1/2 c Granulated sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Ginger
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1/4 ts Allspice
1/4 ts Salt
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine margarine, egg white, and vanilla. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and salt. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened. Spoon dough into cookie press fitted with template of desired shape. Press cookies 2" apart onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes, or until golden brown. -----

But make sure you have durable piping bag it is very important. Use different jams and extracts to make more different tastes.
Ingredients:
100g Butter
50g Ising Sugar (½ cup)
1 Egg White (30g)
120g All-purp. Flour (⅔ cup)
10g Corn Starch (1 Tbsp)
¼ tsp Salt
1 tsp Lemon Zest
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3-4 tsp Jam

No cookies press? Load your cookie dough into a piping bag fitted with a star tip and pipe circles!
Spritz Cookie Recipe
Makes about 3 dozen cookies
Ingredients
2 ½ cups flour
½ tsp salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 ¼ cups confectioners’ sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp almond extract (optional)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Whisk together flour and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Mix in egg yolks, vanilla extract, and almond extract (if using). Gradually add in dry ingredients. Load into cookie press and press out onto ungreased cookie sheet. Decorate with sprinkles if desired.
4. Bake for 6-8 minutes.
