How To make Strawberry Cheesecake Ii
18 Zwieback crackers, crushed
3 T Butter or margarine, softend
1 T Sugar
16 oz Cream cheese
-at room temperature 1/2 c Sugar
2 Egg yolks
1 t Grated lemon peel
1 T Lemon juice
2 Egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 c Commercial sour cream
2 T Sugar
1 t Vanilla extract
16 oz Frozen strawberries or
1 pt Fresh strawberries,
-washed and hulled 1. Lightly grease a 9-inch, heat-resistant, non-metallic baking
dish. 2. In a small bowl combine cracker crumbs, softened butter or
margarine and the 1 tablespoon of sugar. Press into the bottom of a greased baking dish. 3. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 2 minutes. Set aside.
4. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and the 1/2 cup
sugar together until light and fluffy. Add egg yolks, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in lemon peel and juice. 5. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into prepared baking
dish; smooth with a spatula. 6. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 6 minutes.
7. In a small bowl combine sour cream, the 2 tablespoons sugar
and vanilla until well blended. Carefully spread over top of cheesecake. 8. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 1 minute.
9. Arrange strawberries on cheesecake as desired and chill
several hours before serving.

Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup of melted butter
Filling:
4 packages of cream cheese, 8 oz packs
1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup of sugar
3 eggs
Topping:
Strawberry Pie Filling (optional)
Bake on 300 degrees for about 55 mins.
Turn the oven off and let the cheesecake sit inside with the oven door half way open for about 30 more minutes.
Let cake cool for at least 6 hours but for BEST RESULTS refrigerate over night.
Add topping of choice.

The only thing I had to go out and buy for this recipe was golden syrup. Most people will have all of the ingredients in their pantry.... so let's get cooking.......

Ingredients: Ginger Kisses : The Perfect Valentines Kisses :
1 & 1/4 cups of self raising flour
3 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
75 grams of butter
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tbsp golden syrup
2 eggs beaten
The filling:
65 grams of butter
3/4 cup of icing sugar (powdered sugar)
1 tbsp golden syrup

No-bake Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe
This no-bake chocolate strawberry cheesecake is so beautiful, gentle and delicate. Flavors of dark chocolate, cheesecake and fresh strawberries. If you are a chocolate and strawberry lover, you’ll defiantly going to love this cake. This cheesecake recipe is perfect as a birthday cake, for Christmas, holidays or any other occasion.

Ingredients:
For the crust:
200g (7oz) Oreo cookies
1/3 cup (75g) butter, melted
For the filling:
2 cups (450g) Full fat Cream cheese, room temperature
9oz (250g) Dark chocolate
2/3 cup (160ml) Heavy cream
2/3 cup (83g) Powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon (2.5g) Cocoa powder
180g (6.5oz) 8-10 medium size Strawberries
8g Gelatin + 40ml water
For the ganache:
100g (3.5oz) Dark chocolate
1/2 cup (120ml) Heavy cream
Directions:
1. To make the crust: In a food processor or a Ziploc bag, crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Add melted butter and pulse until combined. Press into bottom of 8-inch (20cm) springform pan. Refrigerate while making the filling.
2. In a small bowl stir gelatin powder and water. Let bloom for 10 minutes.
3. Chop the chocolate, melt in the microwave in 30 second pulses or over a double boiler.
4. In a large bowl beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth, add melted chocolate beat until smooth. Add heavy cream and whip for 3-4 minutes, until fluffy.
5. Melt the gelatin in the microwave for 15 seconds. Temper the gelatin: Gradually add few tablespoons of the cheesecake mixture into the dissolved gelatin and stir until combined. Pour back to the cheesecake mixture and mix until combined.
6. Cut the strawberries in half and arrange them around the edges of the pan. Try to use similar size strawberries. Pour the filling into the pan. Place in the freezer while making the topping.
7. Chop the chocolate, place in a large bowl. In a saucepan bring the heavy cream to a simmer. Pour over the chocolate. Let sit for 1-2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Pour over the cheesecake.
8. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Decorate with fresh strawberries.

New easy no-bake strawberry cheesecake recipe. This time we used Oreo crust for the base of the cake, smooth-rich strawberry cheesecake filling, and for the topping, beautiful and delicious chocolate glacage.

340g (12oz) strawberries, fresh or frozen
2 cups (450g) Cream cheese
3/4 cup (180ml) Heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
11/3 cups (167g) Powdered sugar
10g Gelatin powder
50ml Cold water
For the topping:
4g gelatin + 20ml cold water
3 tablespoons (22g) cocoa powder
40ml water
70g sugar
50ml heavy cream
Directions:
1. In a food processor or a Ziploc bag crush the biscuits into fine crumbs. Add melted butter and pulse until combined. Press into bottom of 8-inch (20cm) springform pan. Refrigerate while making the filling.
2. In a small bowl stir gelatin powder and water. Let bloom for 10 minutes.
3. Put strawberries in the food processor and pulse until completely smooth.
4. In a large bowl beat cream cheese, vanilla extract and powdered sugar until soft and smooth. Add strawberry puree and mix until combined. In a separate bowl whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gradually fold into the cheesecake mixture.
5. Melt the gelatin in the microwave for 15 seconds. Temper the gelatin: Gradually add few tablespoons of the cheesecake mixture into the dissolved gelatin and stir until combined. Pour back to the cheesecake mixture and mix until combined.
6. Pour into the springform pan, spread evenly. freeze for one hour.
7. Chocolate topping: In a small bowl stir gelatin powder and water. Let bloom for 10 minutes. In a small saucepan place water, sugar and cocoa powder. Stir until smooth. Place the saucepan over low heat, whisk until the sugar is dissolves. Add heavy cream and stir until combined and smooth. Remove from heat, add bloomed gelatin and stir until the gelatin is melted and incorporated. Let cool slightly.
8. Pass through a sieve to insure that there are no lumps, Pour over the cheesecake. Refrigerate overnight. Release from the pan and decorate with fresh strawberries.
Notes:
• Instead of the chocolate glacage you can use chocolate ganache for topping or any other topping that you like.
• For very smooth cheesecake texture you can strain the strawberry puree, but I find that the little strawberry chunks just add another interesting texture and flavor for the cake.
